I have been a customer of Woolley Fuel for over 30 years. I have found the servicemen to be always pleasant, they answer all questions to my satisfaction and they are extremely intelligent. About two weeks ago I had service Pro Ed P. service my oil furnace, all the aforementioned praises in the previous sentence regarding your servicemen are especially true of ED. Thank you!

Ed came out to my house on a freezing Sunday when my boiler went out. He came out promptly, figured out the problem and fixed it. He also explained to me just what had gone wrong and what to look for if I had any further issues. His explanations were clear and concise. He also pointed out a few other issues - not related to the particular problem for which I called him - that we will be taking care of soon. Very helpful!

I signed up with Woolley Fuel to supply my heating oil when I bought a new house in Maplewood. They came highly recommended by my sister who has lived here for 20 years. Woolley is always prompt, fairly priced and has gladly and graciously helped me through the learning curve of having a oil-heated home for the first time. I recently had a fuel oil gauge replaced and my furnace serviced. Ed P was my technician. He arrived on time and was finished almost to the minute of when he said it would be completed. He let me know exactly what he did and I felt comfortable and well informed when he left. I highly recommend Woolley for your home heating and HVAC needs.

My heating system failed and I called Woolley at 8:00 am and by 9:00 they were at my house with an emergency fuel tank and "Smiling Ed" spent the day installing it and by 2:30 --I was warm again! Wonderful! My parents used Woolley for their heating fuel when I was a child, and they are still the same dependable company. Thank you for all the years of good service.

Art D and Craig from Woolley were a real pleasure to work with. I very much appreciate how they take the time to explain what they're doing before, during, and after they perform their work. The transparency is hugely refreshing. I am never surprised by 'hidden' expenses. As a first time home-owner who strives to learn more, these guys are incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and requests for clarification or explanation. They are punctual and have very positive attitudes. Very easy to talk to and very eager to please the customer. My wife and I are very appreciative.

Just had service by Woolley Fuel on my fairly old furnace. Our technician was Ed P and he did an excellent job during our no heat call. He checked everything, corrected the several problems that we had, and even did our annual service and cleaning. Ed was professional, friendly and polite. He worked until our issues were resolved and left our basement neat and clean when he left.

Excellent response time and personal service. We had 2 issues with our furnace. Ed and I discussed the problem and he consulted with Woolley Fuel's plumber, Todd Williams and they discussed how to resolve my issue. I was instructed to monitor specific areas and BINGO, found the cause of my problem. Todd was a wizard and based on conversations with Ed and my observations, he was able to resolve the issue. Teamwork paid off and the problem is now solved. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Nick. Since we had our in-ground tank removed and a new tank put in the basement, he has a much more difficult task to get the oil to the new tank. He does so without complaint. That is what Woolley Fuel is all about. Continuity of employees that customers know on a 1st name basis, whether it be Todd, Ed, Nick, Stephanie, Norm Jr. or Frank. This is truly a family business that offers great customer service.

Excellent response time and personal service. We had 2 issues with our furnace. 1st was a soot build up that was remedied immediately. I commented to Ed P at the time that I was adding water to the furnance more frequently than usual and he advised me of possible causes to look out for. The second was a repacement of the water shut-off. Once replaced, Ed and I discussed the continuing problem with frequent water replacement and I identified possble issues based on his prior comments. Since many of our pipes are in the walls or under the basement floor, he identified possible problem areas that I should continually check. He also consulted with Woolley's plumber, Todd W and expressed to him what he thought might be the problem. As instructed, I kept monitoring specified areas & BINGO, found the possible cause of water loss/ problem. Todd was a wizard and based on conversations with Ed and my observations, he was able to resolve the issue. Teamwork paid off and the problem is now solved

My oil furnace went out, and even though I didn't have a service contract Art came out the same day. What I was hoping was a quick repair/tune up turned into a major repair because apparently someone previously installed the wrong parts which caused a cascade of problems. Ended up that Art had to basically rebuild the burner (new transformer, blast tube, nozzle) in addition to the normal servicing and clean out. I could tell that he cared about getting the entire system humming along in top shape, not just replacing the parts so that the furnace would run. Throughout the repair, he showed me what he found and explained what needed to be done. He was very thorough, efficient, and even though I was pretty stuck - it's cold and I need heat - he didn't run up the bill. Woolley's got a new loyal customer!!

We appreciate Art's thoroughness and expertise. He always does an excellent job, even though I really have no way of judging what he is doing regarding "the mysteries of furnace maintenance". Nevertheless, I can tell he is conscientious and always considerate and good to talk to. I appreciate his help in explaining how to car for the furnace. He has come to our home before and I am always glad to see that it is Art who has arrived. Thank you Art. You are terrific.
