Woke up this morning to no heat and 1 degree outside.
Upon getting in touch with Woolley, David was extremely prompt with getting back to me. He helped to diagnose over the phone. When it was clear that we needed assistance he was fast to come over!

Craig has done work on my AC and boiler. He is very courteous, knowledgable and the work was done very promptly. It's often hard just to get people to show up for this kind of work and he not only showed up but completed both projects on the same day. Can't say enough good things about Woolley Home Solutions. They always do a great job and come when called, no matter what the weather. They also do a great job of explaining the problem to a lay person, no matter how easy or complicated it is. While Craig has serviced most of our problems over many years, the others that have come here are just as good and they are all SO nice and SO professional. Would recommend them to anyone. I cannot say enough great things about Craig! He came out just two days after a massive blizzard and was incredibly helpful, took the time to explain what was going on with our very old furnace, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before leaving. He arrived right on time and even called to let me know he was on his way, which sounds like a small thing but really makes a difference when you are planning your morning. I also have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire Woolley team! On Jan.15th Craig M. of Woolley fuel came to my home to service my oil burner. He was punctual, courteous and a had a lot of patience. He came in , got right to work and gave my oil burner a thorough check up and cleaning. I asked him numerous questions while he was working about parts of the oil burner and he took the time to explain everything to me. He cleaned everything up before he left. This is not the first time Craig has been to our house and my wife and I are always pleased when he comes because we know he is very familiar with our system, having helped put in the new system a number of years ago. Ed was at our home early this morning & painstakingly worked on correcting our heating problem. After a thorough analysis of possible sources of the noises coming from the heating system Ed eliminated them one by one. It turned out that the brand new TACO circulatory pump installed only 5 days ago was the problem. He installed another new pump & all is quiet and working fine right now.
