Service tech from Woolley Fuel was professional, neat, polite, timely and resolved my heating issue easily and skillfully....he went out for parts ...returned quickly and called me....the part was correct his diagnosis was correct without complication...of course this is quite typical for Woolley Fuel....I have been a very satisfied customer of Woolley Fuel for over 15 years...I highly recommend them....Experience and Professionalism and their desire to satisfy the customer....makes Woolley Fuel an absolute pleasure to deal with....

I had my yearly service appointment today and as usual, I was very pleased with the work done by Art, the technician that came. He explained everything that needed to be done, answered my questions, and left the area cleaner than it was before he came! Thanks for great service and reliability.

We were away for the weekend. When we got home, we discovered there was no heat. We called Woolley. Ed came and within 15 minutes of our calling, Ed had fixed the problem, explained everything to my husband and left. Thank you, Ed. Jo Ann Rieder

WE had no heat. Ed was here in minutes of our calling Woolley. Fixed the problem, explained to my husband what happened and was gone. I think from the time we called Woolley to the time Ed left was approximately 20 minutes. Ed did a great job.

I'm a Philly girl (GO EAGLES!!!!!) who is new to NJ, the neighborhood, and oil heating! Needless to say, my husband and I had several questions we kept bugging Ed about. All he probably wanted to do was the check-up he was sent there for, but we had him all over the house. He did it with a kind manner, was exceptionally helpful, and did not rush through ANY parts of it. He is not only good looking but also a wonderful employee-your lucky to have a guy like Ed on your team! Suzette

This the second time Ed has been at our house. He was polite and his whole manner gave me confidence in his competence to fix our boiler problem. He was easy to work with and worked constantly throughout the time he was here. I would recommend him to anyone.

A big shout out to Ed P for the great job repairing my no-heat, steam rediator this morning. He showed up on time and had no problem diagnosing the problem as a clogged pressure valve. He had a new valve with him - a bit of foresight that saved a lot of time. Once the radiator was fixed, Ed didn't rush out the door. He turned on the furnace and waited to make sure the radiator was putting out heat. That kind of thoroughness is hard to find these days, and it speaks volumes for Ed and the quality of service that people can expect from Woolley Fuel. Two generations of my family have been lifelong Woolley customers, and technicians like Ed are a big part of the reason. Dave Garrison

Ed P. is a valuable asset to your company. He came out in September to troubleshoot an issue concerning our hot water and within 5 minutes diagnosed the problem, left to obtain the necessary part, and returned within a half hour to make the necessary repairs. We're enjoying our hot showers once again. We requested him for our yearly service and once again he was polite, efficient, and very professional.

Art D & Tom gave our furnace its annual cleaning today and it appears to have been a nice job. They were courteous and answered most of my questions. [There usually are questions about air filters and why service people do not come prepared to change such filters for the unit being serviced.] I tried to use the ReviewBuzz function on your business card but backed away when it demanded my birth date - an insultingly unnecessary demand! Also, on your phone line I have been ANNOYED by the numerous on-hold ads, especially since being on hold seemed unnecessary in the first place. These things are not Art's doing; they are Woolley's doing!

I would like to thank everyone at Woolley Fuel for the fall tune-up of our furnace. Art and Dave were both courteous and professional and did all that was necessary to check our furnace to keep it running smoothly, now that the cool weather is on the way. They called to let me know they were on the way and showed up when they promised me. They explained what they did before they left. I just want to say that I appreciate all the work they did. I just want to thank everyone at Woolley Fuel for being so courteous every time we call.

No one likes to have to think about their heat and most don't until there is a problem. Woolley's maintenance program keeps it simple for us and when we do need a service call, their experienced technicians always resolve the issue quickly.

We have used Woolley Oil for 25 years. Technicians come and go. But Ed P, a very experienced technician , has never failed us. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas: Installation; Annual Service , Troubleshooting, and Emergencies. Keeping ahead of difficult winters is key for keeping my family safe and warm. Oil heat requires professional maintenance and that is exactly what we've experienced with Ed. Ask for Ed when you contact Woolley and you will get the service you are looking for.
