Never stop sending Craig M. to us. While I'm sure you have other very competent service people, it was a pleasure dealing with Craig. For one thing, I didn't get scolded for not refreshing the water enough, but he did show me signs of future trouble to keep in mind and gave me some simplified maintenance tips. My boiler had a problem that needed repair. He didn't over-explain the problem, but did demonstrate it to me in a way that I knew he was telling the truth and that it had to be fixed. From there, he did the repair work quickly and efficiently, moved on to the maintenance work in the same way, and all the time very pleasant and professional to deal with. I was anxious, at first, having an oil heater in the house, but Woolly Home delivers consistent and complete service. It's clear my house is not just a piggy bank to them, where they drop in oil and extract my money. They make it their business to ensure that the system is always, and above all, safe and well maintained. They have taken all the worry out of it for me. Craig M. 11/16/20 |

Our boiler wasn't turning on and I was 99% sure it was an electrical issue. A few companies came and couldn't diagnose the exact problem... some even tried saying that we'd need to completely rewire our boiler to our circuit breaker box. We were getting quotes as high as $800. Ed P. from Woolley came and was able to figure out the issue and have it fixed within 30 minutes. He was also extremely nice! You cannot beat experience. Ed is efficient, professional and friendly. He explained how to care for our system, went into the nuances of vintage homes, pointed out some easy, cost efficient improvements we could make and I felt very secure in his knowledge. We use Woolley Home for our home heating oil and furnace - Craig M did a tune up, great work, very professional and clearly has years of experience. Worked to correct a few problems and keep us going for colder weather. Craig M also went out of his way to reschedule an appointment we missed because we're busy with our two year old twin toddlers! I have been a Woolley customer since moving to South Orange more than 20 years ago. They always provide reliable and personable service, as one would expect from a family business. Looking back at the tickets of the last several years, their technician Craig has almost always been the one servicing my account. Craig does a great job--calls ahead to make sure it's a good time to visit--and is efficient and always helpful in his recommendations. He's a nice guy, too.
