Today was the first snowstorm of the season. About a foot of snow was expected. And, of course, our boiler went out. We called one company we've used in the past and they weren't sure they could get to us. We even called PSE&G (we were desperate) and were told they could come out tomorrow. Understandable since the roads were so treacherous, but we didn't want to spend 24 hours without heat. Finally, I googled emergency HVAC services and Woolley Home came up. I called and was told someone could come today. Within an hour, I received a call that they were on their way. They arrived earlier than expected. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all questions. One of the first things they said was, "We'll get you warm again in no time." It's hard to explain how much of a relief that was. They worked quickly and methodically and were done in less than an hour for a price that was far lower than expected (feared). In short, Woolley Home was AWESOME and we'll be forever grateful for them for coming out on a day in which no one wants to be on the road and giving us heat as a blizzard fell outside. Showed up on time and was very polite. Did our annual service on our boiler and cleaned it all out. He gave me some good advice about our boiler and fixed a handle on a valve that was going to fail soon. Love my Gold Plus Plan, totally worth it! Gives me peace of mind that everything is OK. My first home with radiant heat. Had it fail on my the second month on a Sunday night. Tried so many places but no one would help me. Luckily I was able to speak with Art and he walked me through the phone how to get it running! I've since had a boiler tune up and Art was very informative and educated me on radiant heat systems. Artie, the serviceman was very polite, informative, and left the furnace area clean. He also offered advice beyond just cleaning and adjusting the furnace and hot water heater.
