Joe, Ed, and David showed up on time, cleared space around the dead boiler, disconnected the old, and installed a new one in about 6 hours. We had heat in our house on the coldest night of the year - which we weren't expecting. Polite, considerate, funny, and hard working - you can't ask for a more expert team. Kevin, who handled the sale and contracts was friendly and informative. In Maplewood since the 1920's - you can trust Woolley. Terrific service! They care about their customers! Art recently came to perform our annual service and cleaning. He called before arriving to keep us informed and updated on his arrival time. While performing the service Art explained some of the features of our boiler and showed me how to perform a check of the system if for some reason it failed. This included how the computer would reset and indicate the problem area so this information could be used when calling for service. He conducted himself in a professional and courteous manner the entire time and I would highly recommend both him and this company to anyone. Art D. 12/13/17 |

Craig has been servicing our home for years! Every time the service is better and better. This last service started on Thanksgiving when my furnace stopped working. We are very happy with Woolley and their service. We have owned this home for a short time and learned that Woolley serviced our A/C and furnace for many years with the previous owners so we decided to continue service with them. We had our furnace serviced and a new thermostat put in today by Art D and we were so happy with his expertise and help. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our system and took the time to answer all of my questions as well as educate me about our furnace and A/C.
