I can not recommend Wooley Home Solutions highly enough. My antiquated heated and cooling system had to be replaced. It was a big job. The technicians from Woolley were outstanding. Kevin, Joe F, David B, and Ed P were excellent. Throughout the process they demonstrated professionalism, competence and patience with me. Art was professional, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile while servicing the furnace. He called to say when he would arrive and informed me how long the service would take. He explained everything that he did and showed me the different parts that he worked on. He left tags as reminders for when the next service was due and the date the filter was changed. Art called ahead to confirm that he was on his way and arrived within the promised hour. He checked, serviced, and cleaned my outdoor unit, and also checked and changed the filter in the inside unit. He did not rush, but spent the time needed to do a thorough job, then explained to me what he done. Amazing service! I called Thursday afternoon for service and a quote, Friday morning they were there at 10 am, quote by 11:30, installation all set up for first business day they return! As a comparison, another company was out on Tuesday, promised a quote by Wednesday and still waiting to hear from them after I called to follow up on Wednesday (today is monday) Kevin was responsive, polite and understood the urgency. I was so impressed with what Artie did for a client, that I scheduled an appointment for him to service my CAC. It was off - working in some rooms, not others. He made adjustments and found a handful of issues that when added together, made our system inefficient. Our furnace was due for it's annual cleaning. We have used Woolley for many years and its never a problem with scheduling. Art D. was the technician that performed the servicing. He was very efficient and thorough and spent a lot of time making sure everything was in working order.
