Used Woolley for a A/C tune-up recently. Art D was great. In addition to the standard testing, he took a lot of time walking me through my units to enhance my own understanding plus he put some extra time showing me the basics with my heating unit. We have had the Woolley Fuel Company as our home heating fuel supplier for over 20 years and could not imagine having better service. Our fuel oil is always delivered on time. Over the years they have maintained the burner equipment and kept it running at top efficiency. They aided us in removing our old in ground oil tank and installed the new, safer tank in out basement. There plumbing service is the best. When our hot water heater started leaking, they arrived quickly, removed and replaced the tank with a new one, with all new plumbing, the same day. Special praise is due Art and Dave for their skill and knowledge regarding anything about oil burners and plumbing. Their work is top quality and they leave the work area cleaner than they found it. Had our annual A/C maintenance today with Art D. and Chris from Woolley Home. Art was very thorough in his inspection and maintenance of our system and went above and beyond going over everything with me. Chris also went out of his way to neatly tie up some hanging wires in the attic running from the A/C to our compressor. I signed up with Woolley Fuel to supply my heating oil when I bought a new house in Maplewood. They came highly recommended by my sister who has lived here for 20 years. Woolley is always prompt, fairly priced and has gladly and graciously helped me through the learning curve of having a oil-heated home for the first time. 5/2016: I had a fuel oil gauge replaced and my furnace serviced. Ed P was my technician. He arrived on time and was finished almost to the minute of when he said it would be completed. He let me know exactly what he did and I felt comfortable and well informed when he left. UPDATE: 4/2017 I had a service call responded to by Craig M, who gave excellent service, was super informative about what he was doing and gave me much needed pointers on how to keep my furnace maintained between service calls. - Great experience. Chris and David completed two jobs for me in last five days! I had my oil tank and hot water heater replaced! They were professional and helpful. Had a bad leak in one of my radiators. Called Woolley to come over to do my yearly maintanance and fix leak. Came right away. Spent extra time fixing my leak and now NO MORE LEAK. This was not an easy place to get to- he just kept trying. Thanks David B! David B. 04/08/17 |

Craig & Chris are awesome! They came out to do the annual tune-up and wound up also doing a repair (which was explained to me in detail before they did a thing). Just a few reasons why I love Woolley and their employees: 1) they were on time, a rarity now a days, 2) they were very professional & courteous, 3) both were very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done (in words that I understood), 4) did what had to be done & left my basement cleaner than when they got there. They checked the oil in the tank & made a few suggestions about insurance. Craig and Chris were great and I would recommend them and Woolley anytime. Thank you for your service. Artie, called to inform me when he would be arriving. Due to road construction he was 15 minutes late, but immediately apologized . He was very professional in appearance, knowledge, and provided excellent service. My humidifier on the furnace wasn't working and due to me having another appointment, he said he would call me with an estimate of what the charge would be to replace the part. I also appreciated his consideration of my time. There are few things more worrisome than when your home's heating system isn't working in a snowstorm. We woke up to nearly a foot of snow and a thermostat at 70 but the temperature at 62. Art and Ed braved the elements and risked horrific road conditions to come to our home and fix our boiler. They were fast, courteous, informative, and helpful. Today I called Woolley Fuel because my furnace was not working, They were so prompt in scheduling me for today and I got my favorite technician Art D. I have used Art for so long and know his work. Always such a pleasure to have him come because he is kind, easy going, very prompt and cleans up everything when done! He knows our system and remembers putting in some of our units. He is also very thoughtful in asking us questions if anything else is wrong or if we are having problems. I'm so glad he was our service man today! Thanks Art!
