On Oct 16&17 Ed P, Joe & Dave replaced my oil burner. They arrived promptly and worked none stop from 9AM-4PM. On Oct 17 Ed P. started the furnace and stayed until the furnace turned off since it was a warm day. All three men were very pleasant & they cleaned up after themselves ...... so much so that they floor in the furnace area was cleaner than when they came. I WAS VERY PLEASED... Woolley always send great technicians. The company offers great customer service! Ed was amazing yesterday. He would not stop working on my heating/thermostat issue until he fixed the problem. In the end, I thought I was going to spend thousands on a new system and it was a simple thermostat issue. From start ,the estimate, to the finished job Kevin guided us through what we thought was going to be a painful process. With Kevin's help the conversion from oil to gas went smoothly and was painless. Kevin came to our home and his inspection of our current system far exceeded the quick look see of the other contractors we had called in for estimates. Woolleys estimate was a tad bit higher than the other estimates but Kevin stopped by our house to run down the estimate and answer all our questions, even my silly ones. The Woolley team was amazing, a crew of career professionals not just fly by night contractors. Kevin was on site only as needed, not micro Managing the team.

Art came over and just reworked, cleaned, and otherwise prepared my furnace for winter with immense care, He also laughed at my jokes, which honestly I always love. Both he and his associate were so obviously there to do their very best and stayed until they had. I am so glad I have Woolley as my service provider. Art also spotted some shoddy craftsmanship on my water heater and helped me craft the message to the person who had done the work as he did not want to step on their toes if they are going to show up and fix it. Ed P spent 3 days in our home as part of a Woolley team that we contracted to convert our home from oil to gas heat. Ed and the other gentlemen worked well together, they were quick, efficient and most of all NEAT ! Ed answered my questions, instructed my wife on use of the new thermostat and answered her questions as well. Ed and the team were respectful of our home, our finished basement, and when they left there was no trace that 3 men had worked a dirty job in our home. Thank you Woolley Home for employing honest trustworthy men, like Ed P, that we felt comfortable having in our home. We passed on several other contractor with lower estimates and contracted with Woolley based on our 30 year relationship with the company. Joe F was part of a team from Woolley Home that we contracted to convert our home from oil heat to gas. Joe has been to our home in the past so this was not our first interaction with him. Joe was and is a courteous gentlemen. Joe was conscientious when taking measures to protect and ensure our finished basement was not impacted by the work being done. He and the team worked hard, and each of the three men seemed to have a good rapport which I believe made the job move along quickly and efficiently. thank you Woolley for employing gentlemen we feel comfortable having in our home. David lead a team of several gentlemen that did the conversion from oil to gas heat in our Maplewood home. Dave was very professional. He kept me informed each step of the way for this 3 day project. Dave was courteous, told my wife and I when he would be arriving and when he was done for the day. He was neat, and took extra care to protect our finished basement. Project was done neat, clean and the new system is working beautifully. Dave gave us reassurance that if we had any questions or concerns that we should call and they would come out to answer our questions. Art D. came to my home to do the annual maintenance service on the oil furnace. When I told him that my mother had passed away in April he was so sorry to her of her passing, he said that he always looked forward to servicing our furnace, because he always like talking to my mother. (that is a caring man).
