Woolley Home Solutions has very exceptable service and dedicated employees. I prefer to always request Ed P because he is very knowledgable, get the job done without problems afterwards and never leaves a mess behind. I am 84 and my husband is 89 so we are not able to do much and get very nervous when we have a problem. He ensures us that he will correct the problem and it will be done properly and it always is. He is 100% on top of his field. We do not know what we would do without him and without Woolley. Thank you Ed P for always providing exceptional service and repairs. You truly are the best! Art Devre was here this morning (8-23) and spent more time then any other oil company cleaning and making necessary adjustments to my unit. He also spent a good amount of time telling me ways to perform routine service to keep my unit at peak level. Joe F was pleasant and honest about the possible causes of the problem. David B joined him a short time later (one was plumbing & the other A/C repair). They diagnosed the issue, David did his part & Joe did what he needed to do quickly, with a minimum of mess and explained it all again before leaving to make sure I understood the solution and what may be needed in the future. Woolley always send great technicians. The company offers great customer service! Ed was amazing yesterday. He would not stop working on my heating/thermostat issue until he fixed the problem. In the end, I thought I was going to spend thousands on a new system and it was a simple thermostat issue. On recommendations from neighbors, we signed up for yearly A/C and HVAC maintenance service for our 2 zone system. As a first time homeowner, I was skeptical of what the value would actually be. Then Art D came out for our A/C maintenance and I was convinced. Art is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was checking and why. He even fixed a few small items on the fly without requiring another appointment. Not only was Art incredibly friendly and experienced, living up to the reputation I had heard of Woolley, he empowered me as a homeowner to understand simple things I can do to help keep my units in good shape and keep my energy bills low. Dave came out to my house to address several leaks in my steam heating system. He took care of all the leaks and did a full inspection of the system to identify and address any other problem areas.
