He was extremely through and the utmost professional. What my wife and I liked was his attention to detail and the effect of his findings and what it meant to me and my family. He was patient when we asked questions and provided the best answer to terms we understood. He was on time and was very friendly and making the experience well welcomed. Water in the garage, no idea where it came from as there hadn't been any rain in a while... panic. Anyway, Colby Briggs and Jorge found the issue, a corroded pipe coming up from the foundation and into our hot water heater, a serious problem, and they re-routed it in half a day, leaving all well, everything tidy, better than before they had arrived. Rito Rodela was a true professional. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. I was a pipefitter by trade and was trained in 1972 by WW2 and Korean war Veterans. These craftsmen had great pride in there work, it not only had to be done right but it had to look flawless. Rito has the same mind set he is a throw back he would have fit perfect in that era. Mr. Delton Brown has to be one of the most knowledgeable and nicest HVAC technicians that has serviced my a/c unit to date. He is a straight shooter and doesn't try to sell me things I don't need and being a woman I truly appreciate that! Mr. Brown even took the time to educate me on a mold problem I had in my A/C unit. We went over different types of mold and things I should use to rid my a/c of that pesky problem. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer every question I have. Delton received our call to fix our furnace on Wednesday the 17th. We was prompt, courteous and skilled in his assessment of our furnace problem. He had to leave to get the part that would repair our problem. He returned quickly and replaced the broken part. The whole time he explained what had happened and how that part plays in the functioning of the furnace. By the time he had finished the room had dropped to 56 degrees. When the furnace turned on and began heating the house we were more than happy. His dedication to serving Will Fix It's customers is commendable. Thank you Delton. This past week I had an important decision to make about how to best maintain the 3 heating and cooling units in my home. With the recent cold weather we've been having the heating and cooling units were not keeping my home warm.
I called Will Fix It and within less than 24 hours Mario Olivares came to my home. Mario thoroughly inspected each unit, took pictures and notes. Unfortunately, each system had a major problem. Mario is an experienced , professional heating and cooling technician. First, he explained why each unit was not working efficiently or at all. Then, Mario outlined several options. After I made my decision to make repairs and replacements, Mario scheduled the work for the next day.
Two crews came out to install: one complete heating and cooling system; an air handler; and a heat pump. The technicians on the installation crew did an excellent job! The technicians were: Hector Galindo, Manuel Ocanas, David Zambrano. Edgar DeLeon, Mario Olivares, and Terry, the installation supervisor.

Colby replaced my 18 year old Select State water heater, which finally died. It is obvious that Colby knows exactly what he is doing, from code compliance, installation and general plumbing knowledge. He is also very genial and explained everything well.
