Rito Rodela and John were very efficient. All involved were neatly dressed for the job and worried about getting mud in the house and cleaned up any debris. Rito was very polite and helpful. Great experience. Delton B. was my tech and he was very honest, straightforward and did not try to upsell me anything. He took time to explain features of my AC unit and even offer helpful tips for me to do that can keep my unit running in top shape. Had a major drain issue where water was backing up in the tub. Mr. Cory Bentley came out and checked all the drains on the inside and discovered that the issue was outside leading to the sewer. Mr. Cory repaired the issue and educated us on ways to maintain and ensure that the issue did not happen again. Mr. Cory's customer service was top notch. This company cares about their customer and not just the bottom line. He did not rush thru the job but took his time and made sure that we understood. They also guarantee their work for a full year. From this point on I will call "Will Fix It" for all my service needs. Mr. Cory also explained some of the additional services that they offer. Long story but...My AC was dead. I had a local company come out for a repair estimate. I was told my system was shot and needed a new one...which of course they could sell me. He showed me all the rusted junky areas, said I needed a new compressor, coils, and something could possibly start a fire?, etc. etc. I said I didn't really have new AC money laying around and he said I could have it repaired but VERY costly and it wouldn't last long. I told him I needed some time to figure out how to get the $6000 for a new unit and I would get back to them.
I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I called Will Fix It and AC Tech Daryl Marr came over. In a very short time he returned to the door and said he found what the problem was and he could fix it!! I don't remember exactly what he said because my brain was exploding with relief over NOT having to dish out 6 grand, but I know it did not involve a compressor, any coils and not once did he mention anything might start a fire! He repaired the unit! I now have cold air once again. Thank you so much Daryl! Daryl is a great guy and he knows his stuff! If you have AC problems, save yourself the headache of trying to determine if you are being ripped off and call Will Fix It.... ask for Daryl Marr. While traveling for business, my daughter informed me my A/C went out. Naturally, starting to heat up in Texas I was concerned this was going to be a major repair but was hoping it would be covered under whatever warranty I had left. Called my company, 'Will Fix It' and was scheduled for 3 April from 0800-noon.
My service technician was Delton Brown. Really personable guy, 30 years of experience. I could go on step by step but here is the bottom line: Delton Brown fixed my a/c in great time, communicated with his office about my previous repairs and warranty information, and topped off my coolant in record time. This dude is top notch and if I can, I'll request him every time. 'Will Fix It' has been my company since 2012 and will remain my company for years to come. Ernest Turner did an amazing job fixing our shower faucet! We had to shut off the water to the entire house due to this shower.
