Sergio is an asset to the company and he saved my family's life and I am forever grateful! He caught things that other techs overlooked and he will always be my HVAC tech. He took pictures and let me know that I had a bad microbial growth problem and installed a device to help me. I think he needs a raise because all the years I've used the company, no one ever noticed the growth problem we have. Colby fixed my problem last month. I have not had internet and now that I do I want everyone to know, that when I called, he was at my house within the hour, fantastic customer service. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and I was very satisfied with his service. I will recommend this company to all my family and friends. Mario came out to inspect my heater that wasn't working. He was on time and after looking at the heater he told me I needed a new one (which I probably new it was almost 20 years old). He explained everything clearly and gave me several options to choose from. No pressure at all. He is the best technician I have ever had come to my house. I am extremely pleased. The plumbing specialist was Ernest Turner, He gave me the pro and con of having each unit. I chose the tankless unit because it provides hot water as needed. Ernest and Dayan installed my heater with such professionalism and accuracy, they checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working properly. They even cleaned up all of the trash from the unit. I really appreciate their knowledge , friendliness and professionalism. I was so happy with their work I took pictures to share with my family. Richard W. came to our house for our water softener that has a lifetime warranty. Will fix it had come out twice before, a different technician, and it still wasn't working right. Richard came out and after a lot of research he found the problem and got the part and returned and actually fixed it! He is very professional, and really cares about doing a good job. Constant hot water ... What a Beautiful Thing. Russell from Will Fix It along with his team of Brady and Derek produced a strong professional job. In doing a complete retro fit from standard H2O heater to tankless was a very labored intensive job. Each step of the 2.5 days was done with meticulous precise attention. The job was thorough from setting up the project to clean up. Along with the assigned job Russell went about my home checked and secured all my other water fittings. What a Guy!. A homeowner could get use to this attention. Feeling comfortable and safe with people working on my home is a break it/leave it criteria. With the staff of Will Fix It I've never felt otherwise. I had a consultant out to look at our attic insulation and he suggested getting our a/c looked at because of the age. Crazy timing led to our a/c going out that night! Doug came out the next day and was able to get us a system that made the most sense investment wise into our home. He helped us make our home more efficient and most importantly got our home cool the very next day! So impressed with this company, everyone was extremely professional and courteous, definitely put the customer first.
