Rito and Luis were very helpful, and genuinely concerned about my problem. They were respectful to me and my family. Delton came to service our furnace. He immediately discovered that it was leaking dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide into our home through a poorly constructed flue assembly. He located and picked up the needed part, fixed it, and took the time to explain the parts and workings of a furnace to me - all within a couple of hours. Mario did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with the a/c unit at my rental property. He presented the options for replacing system. He worked at getting me a discount and then explained the financing available. He got to work installing the unit which he completed much sooner than I had anticipated. I found Mario to be knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very patient with me taking the time to show me what the problems were. For example mold in the old air conditioner coils. He told me about the UV lights what they can and can't do, what sizes I would need, etc. When I told him about my cheap husband, he didn't just pack up and go he still patiently explained to me me the things that had to get done for safety reasons (like adding another electrical circuit breaker switch) His patience, knowledge and understanding (and willingness to give me a great discount - my husband isn't the only cheap one in the house)- gained my trust. Hector and Eric were amazing installing my new heat pump. I was the second install for the day and they had my old unit out and new one up and running in 6 hours or so. They did a very professional install job and left my house cleaner than they found it. It was 100 degrees outside and they took the time to answer all my questions before they left and the workmanship was second to none. Manoel was on time and very professional when offering us options to consider repair versus system replacement. We opted for system replacement due to the age of the unit and repair cost. He worked up different unit and finance options for us to review so we could make a good educated decision. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and will not hesitate to use him again. Dillon is an excellent HVAC person. He is professional, hard working, friendly, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem with our system. He was on call Saturday evening, came out on time and got right to it, while explaining what he was doing and why. He took numerous photos with his phone to verify with his manager on Monday, and explained that the repairs that were needed (replacement of a burnt/worn out fan motor) wasn't something he could fix that evening. He called first thing Monday, explained that he had called around and found the replacement motor, and could be out the same day. He was right on time, got right to it, and had our heating and air conditioning working within the hour. He is one of the great employees of Will Fix It that are why we only call them whenever we need our system checked out and repaired. During his inspection of my AC unit, he spent time with me to point out findings, explain the circumstances of those findings, and offered various solutions towards maintenance.
