Will Fix It is always great to work with. Our Trane XL15i air conditioning unit had a large hole in the fan cover. Will Fix It sent Delton Brown the same afternoon to give us an estimate. Delton was great at explaining how the heatpump system works and our repair options for the unit. He checked the Trane parts store for us first thing in the morning. The part was not under warranty but they had one in inventory. He picked up a new Trane fan cover for us and had it installed within a few hours. Delton provided fast friendly reliable service. Mario was very professional, friendly, and helpful in responding to my air conditioner problems. He arrived at my house with a smile and diagnosed my problem quickly. Mario worked with me on three different options and explained all of them in depth. Once I chose a new air conditioner, Mario worked with me to get a discount and fair price. Since they could not put a new unit in right away, he arranged for me to have two portable wall units as soon as possible. I had a house-wide plumbing issue related to the installation of a water softener at my home by Will Fix It (WFI). Because the intial installation of the water softener was done incorrectly, there was residue from the softener throughout the entire plumbing system in my home. This caused all kinds of problems from clogging fixtures and making the water a mess. After I explained the situation to Shawn at WFI, he recognized the issue and said that he would take care of it for us and make it right. Shawn selected Tedd C. to come out to our house late one afternoon. Tedd diagnosed the problem immediately and divised a plan to correct the issue. Tedd got done what he could the first day and then came back the following morning to contnue the work. Tedd's expertise was undeniable and his skill at correcting the issue was indisputabe. Tedd cleaned all the water lines in the house as well as all the fixtures, and even replaced the existing malfunctioning water softener. In short, a job done exceedingly well and we are very grateful for his prompt, courteous, and excellent service. Our faucets work again correctly, along with the toilets and so on, and now we can wash our hair in the shower without all kinds of water softener residue geting in our hair. First of all we are quick to post a negative review when we have been treated badly by a service which I have done,but today I find myself grateful to this team of service individuals, that this company has in place. I was mistreated by a competitor of Will fix it in a service call to diagnose the problem with my ac. I was spoken to with disrespect n I felt like I was a burden to them. I was a female, without a.c. for a 10 months before I had the courage to use another company. I was referred to Will fix it by a trusted individual n let's just say they once restored my trust in a company that looks out for their customers. Mario was my tech n he greeted me with a cheerful attitude the moment we made contact. He diagnosed the problem n shared the bad news on what I needed done n what were my options. He read my face n saw that money was a concern n offered me options. He didn't make me feel ashamed n if felt he understood. I was so pleased so I decided to try n finance a whole new unit n I was apporoved! He gave me confidence in the company n myself. Everything moved so quickly from one day to the next. I had the pleasure of having Mr. David n Manny do the installation . They were promp,professional and courteous. I wrk.from home n was able to continue with minimal disruption. They walked me through things they were working on and even helped me program my new Nest wall unit. They instructed me on cleaning of unit n installing phone app. I was impressed on how fast the wrk was completed n how they left my house as clean as they found it. I will never forget the kindness of this team and the Company of Will fix it! I have my new ac company and any other services they provide .

I recently had a new complete HVAC system in January when the old one took a dive before the two coldest days of the year. Since the new one was installed there were some issues such as the installers accidentally splicing the neutral wire that lead to my dining room and back porch lights not working. Hence the electrician came out and fixed their accident and had to cut a hole into my drywall to do the repair. Then the contracted dry wallers are not on my good list with all this so far because the guy who has been doing the work is a complete air head...possibly flunked out of school is my guess. Then there was the constant overflow draining issue out on my back porch from the new unit, so again I called and met Delton B. who is a fun loving guy who is both amazing at what he does and always funny when cracking jokes. He solved the issue by discovering that the sump pump had a loose wire connection and was able to fix the issue while complaining about his frozen nipples HAHA! As of this year Will Fix It has done a consistent job on figure out all my issues and then doing the job right and correcting any unforeseen problems. Rudy came to give me a quote to fix a wobbly toilet. He suggested we buy a new one because if Will Fix It would do it it would cost about $1700.00. If we bought the toilet installing would cost $300. something and if he had to change the flange again almost $1000. We bought the toilet that same evening and Rudy came the next morning to install it. Everything was going great, he was courteous, polite and seemed genuine to our needs and cost savings. THEN came the "WTF" moment. When I was writing out the check for the installation cost, he stated if I could help him out with a tip since he helped us out with cost savings. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but got him $40 bucks. His response to this was that he had to buy all his own equipment and supplies and he did save us a lot of money, but if I thought this was what his work was worth it was ok between him and me.
