I know good work when i see it and Edgar (along with Hector) did a fantastic job on not one but two HVAC unit installs. From start to finish i was impressed with their workmanship along the pride they took to make sure even the smallest details were not overlooked. No one likes to have AC issues and even less is the entire replacement of TWO units. When Mario showed up and answered all our questions provided the options available we were put as ease. His professionalism, knowledge and character are 2nd to none and was a true pleasure to have met and interact with for two major installs. With Chelesa behind the scence coodinating both installs, providing installer arrival updates and submitting the neccessary paperwork to CPS for our rebates this expericence overall could not have been more satisfying. I am a long standing customer. I am always pleased at the professionalism of the technicians that come out to my home. Today, I was particularly impressed with Delton Brown . He has been dispatched to my home several times over the last couple of years. He is always positive and cheerful. He took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had about the maintenance of my AC unit. He is knowledgeable and patient. I have a better understanding of the whole process. Leaky faucet: First let me say Lee was excellent when it came to cleaning up while he worked. He was prepaired with towels to keep the work area from being damaged and kept the area neat. Lee came out to the house to fix our leaky kitchen faucet. Upon arrival he introduced himself, came in and had his shoes covered while in my home. He provided us with 5 different solutions from a New faucet to replacing parts. Originally we wanted the lowest costing option but when Lee explained the years (9) of our faucet and the showed us the damage done to it with the calcium build up (By La Cantera very hard water) we weighed out the options and took strongly to his interest in us preventing future repairs with the installation of a new faucet. He provided us several options of faucets and when we found the faucet we wanted he made sure he was able to locate it and return to install it within the hour. Lee also talked to us about a water softener and replacing our water heater that is giving us 20 min of hot water. With Lee’s professional service we appreciate him providing us with a quote to for both and plan to have him come back to install. Thank you Will Fix it for sending Lee to our home! LEE P. 04/25/18 |

Rito R. and the rest of the management and crew, including Ryan A., Luis, Shaun N., and Cory B. and dispatcher, Rosie were all simply excellent. They were all prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgable, skillful, and very respectful to us as their customer in a difficult fix and genuinely needing their help. They assisted us with untangling multiple issues that happened to converge at the same time that our sewer started backing up; and helped determine that a lateral sewer line had simply collapsed on the city water company's side of service. They also helped rule out as a possible cause a contractor's underground boring for a fiber optic line very near the sewer line failure, and convinced me with good and solid evidence shown to me that it would be best and cost-effective for us to replace our entire sewer line to avoid future trouble and get peace of mind with their solid guarantee. They also helped us support our claim for reimbursement for some of the initial camera and locate work cost from the water company. We are very happy with the process and completed work. The service person who help me was in informative and did great work, it took the third try to get the work done right , 3 days of taking time of from work. Now I am trying to set up an appointment for inspection from the city. I did set an appointment, took of work call the agent, she informed me that they didn't set anything up. Now I am out another day of work. This has taken a toll on me and my finances . No appolage no real savings . Still have to deal with this company . Now set another time for city inspection. We needed a kitchen faucet repair. It needed a new cartridge, however this cartridge was no where to be found. We ended up getting a new faucet and Brian was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way on its installation. Very efficient and courteous. My original appointment time kept being delayed, and finally resulted in the technician coming the following day. But when he did get here he was great! I called a plumber for a drain clog, in my kitchen. First company failed to resolve this issue. I prayed that God will send me a miracle, and I woke up the next day, and called WillFixIt. My AC unit died after 16 years and the tech was clearly able to explain the pros and cons to repairing vs replacing. Ultimately, I decided to get a new one and they explained the pros and cons to each type of HVAC unit. Honestly, the price was a little bit higher than expected, but after they left I felt I got a very high quality of service, so any buyers remorse I had went away fast. The install was 4 hours, the thermostat was very modern and controllable by cell phone and so far, a week later, it runs well. Thanks a bunch, you are a life saver! Mario O. 04/12/18 |
