I was given an appointment for Saturday from 4 - 6 pm. At 3 pm I received a call stating they had no plumber to make that appointment and I could be rescheduled for next Tuesday. When I made the appointment I told them I had a leak coming from our home and I also had a flood. If we were not going to get a plumber on Saturday like scheduled we should have been told in the morning so we could try and get someone else to come out. This is the worst thing that could happen to us. I cannot blame a technician because I don't know who was scheduled to come out. I have used Will Fix It since 2010 and have had many issues but still keep going back to them. This will be the last time I contact Will Fix It for anything. Not professional. Blas P. 12/12/22 |

We had a problem with an outlet for our refrigerator .They told us that they need to install a special breaker for the refrigerator. They did that and charged us $581 for the job .The technician connected the Freezer, and the breaker did not work. The technician told us that it was a problem with the refrigerator .We Samsung for service and they told us that freezers should not be connected to an outlet with an integrated breaker. They connect it to a regular outlet, and it work .Samsung people told us that any qualified electrician will know that .
I call the main office to ask for a adjustment on the charge .A person respond ed my call saying that need to talk to his supervisor .Every time I called they told me the same during one month.
I think this company has no qualified technicians and do unnecessary services taking advantage of the goodwill of the customers. Will Fix It T. 05/18/22 |

It pains me to write this review. Will Fix It used to provide great service, but something has changed.
When you call Will Fix It (ARS) they answer the call with “How can I provide you with exceptional service today?”
Exceptional service is NOT what I have experienced.
I have waited over 2 weeks for a coil to be replaced on a system installed and under warranty with this company. After 10 days of ME calling them, not THEM calling me, I was finally scheduled to get the coil replaced. Yes, Sir! We have you scheduled for Saturday between 2 and 5 pm. The technician will call you when they are on their way. I even called on Friday to verify the appointment was still in the system and I would have someone at my residence to fix the AC. Well, Saturday, 5:00 pm came and went, and NOBODY from Will Fix It (ARS) called to say they were on their way or that they were running late or that they were not coming at all. So, I called THEM again and was told to hold the line while she contacted that department. Unbelievably, I was disconnected after being on hold for 5 minutes. I called back only to be answered by a call center in Houston, I am in San Antonio. She also told me she would try to contact that department but was unsuccessful. She said all she could do was send an email> REALLY?
I highly discourage anyone from using Will Fix It (ARS)! If my experience is their definition of “Exceptional Service”, I would look elsewhere. I unfortunately must deal with them until my warranty is fulfilled.
When Will Fix It (ARS) says “Exceptional Service” it’s like putting lipstick on a pig!

Disposal leaked before its first use. WillFixit made several appointments to repair the leaking installation - But didn't show up for any of the appointments, or call to notify of schedule change. Romero fixed my Lennox A/C and did an outstanding job. He worked several hours on it to include talking for Lennox TierIII engineers. His technical knowledge and experience were proven to me in the way he replaced a couple of circuit boards and discovered a wiring situation that needed to be corrected. Warranty covered parts and I had to pay a very reasonable labor charge for the amount of work and the wiring fix is a no charge call. Eddie Ramirez the A/C supervisor makes himself readily available to customers to answer questions about the repair process and determines the labor charges. Critical: Professionalism
I had an appointment for this company to come out on April 10th, scheduled between 2-6pm to tune up my a/c and hvac units! I had to reschedule a medical appointment to keep this one since it was so last minute and unexpected!
1) They never called nor showed up
2) They didnt consider giving me the respect and notifying me to reschedule
3) i was originally told the job was a $99 deal but they brought the price down to $69! Even though online clearly states $69, trying to make it sound like a discount, when i called them out on it, they brought the price down more to $40!
Some may have no issues with this company, but i would not recommend this company! They are obviously unreliable, they lie about the price to make you think your getting a good deal and they obviously don't care about the customers respect or consideration!
I had the Privilege of speaking with a sweet lady who claimed she was a new consultant! However, evertime i asked a hard question, i kept getting "i don't know" she constantly had to call to get an answer! Manny provided outstanding response to my "no-heat" call. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem even though the furnace has complex integrated controls. He also noticed that the exhaust fan was noisy and he recommended replacing it. He procured the parts, validated the warranty, returned in less than 24 hours as promised and fixed the furnace. My HVAC service technician was Richard Ybarra. Our neighborhood experienced 3 power outages in a row around 7:30-8pm, after that our AC stopped pushing cold air which made our home warm and uncomfortable , called 'Will"Fix It. They were at y doorstep within an hour. Richard resolved the problem immediately , not to much how profession and caring about our concerns. This is our second experience with this company. On March 26 Will Fix It sent Emilio to my residence to work on my kitchen remodel. He did extensive work on the plumbing that would be used for the Sink. He is an excellent plumber and completed the work without any problems. All the plumbing that was servicing that sink had to be torn out and put in new, including the vent pipe that went through the roof. Emilio completed the work and when the sink was hooked up the plumbing Emilio installed worked as expected with no problems. Technician Ryan Smith came to my very hot house today and went into my even hotter attic to replace my A/C blower motor. His helpful attitude and incredible system knowledge helped him to address an unusually difficult replacement of the old motor with a rusted and seized shaft under difficult working conditions. UPDATE: Yesterday Art came in to get my AC unit running again. He was amazing - professional, personable, and quick. They use shoe covers (fresh pair everytime they come in) explained my unit to me and what I could do to maintian the unit myself in the future. Someone from the office called to say they were enroute and he showed up right on time. I cannot say enough good things about this company
Todd German and Ramiro showed up today. Todd was my plumbing professional - he flushed the water heater and fixed the water pressure in my shower. Was completely professional, didn't track dirt in my place (it was rainy today), and so nice. Very pleasant interaction. Ramiro cleaned my AC filter, helped me understand how the unit worked and was also so professinal, helpful, and was very careful not to track any mud in my house.
