I was looking to buy a home with known plumbing issues, I called WillFixIt and had a great experience. They told me I wouldn't be charged if the homeowner was there for an estimate to get it fixed. I asked them if I could be sent a copy of the report via email, the rep said it wouldn’t be a problem and got my email address and told me they would send it over to me via email. Fast-forward to today, I call in speak with a “supervisor” (who was not very nice) and she informs me it’s company policy to not release any of this information.
So basically my time is wasted and I was lied to. Don’t use WillFixIt if you value honesty. When I complete the purchase of this home I WILL NOT be using WillFixIt to repair any of the issues that I need. Will Fix It T. 05/29/18 |

Delton, Kelt and Mario were excellent! My only complaint was that it took so long from the time I fist called until the replacement air handler was installed. It took 3 days of living in 86 degree temperatures before the unit was installed. 05/18/18 |

Both Delton and Kelt were courteous, professional, friendly and helpful in finding a solution to my problem. The same goes for Mario, who did the install on my air handler. My only complaint was the time it took to get my equipment installed. It took three days from the time I called to installation. Apparantly whoever does the scheduling didn't do a good job. Colby came by our house to install an instant on hot water system for my sink. He did an absolutely outstanding job of installing this apparatus. He was punctual he was friendly he explained everything that he was going to do. And I couldn’t be more proud of the way he did his work and we discussed what it needed to be done in a way that easy to understand. And it was done expertly. Clearly Colby is an asset to your organization. If ever we need any plumbing to be done, will fix it will be the first to call with the hopes of having Colby assigned a new work. Brad came over within hours of me calling and put me at ease as far as coming up with a plan. Brad was very thorough and explained everything to me in laymen's terms so I could understand exactly what was going to happen. I did not feel any pressure from him to go one way or the other.
