Delton came out to do a general service check on my A/C unit. Delton was extremely professional. He explained what he was doing regarding my unit while pointing out each area confirming I understood the process. I asked several questions to assure I was caring for my unit correctly. He explained without hesitation and provided additional tips. Delton was very friendly and courteous. In addition to the care I already take to preserve my A/C unit, Delton recommended 2 options that would help extended the life of the unit. Delton was very knowledgeable. We had three different services during a two day period. By showing me the serious problems that our HVAC system had, it became evident that it needed replacement. Albert Ortiz performed an annual inspection of our system on a Thursday and showed me the problems that our system had. He provided me with the name of the sales representative, Mario Olivarez. He came out on Friday. He also performed an inspection of our units and showed me even more problems that our indoor system had with leakage, rusting and very serious mold growing throughout the indoor system. We then reviewed options for replacement of the indoor and outdoor units. My wife and I chose the system best suited for our home. Mario then coordinated with the home office and arranged for Johnnis and Eddie to come to our home that afternoon. Johnnis and Eddie removed the two old units and replaced them with new Lennox equipment. They worked from 3:30 PM to 10 PM and never took a break. They wanted to insure that we had air conditioning before they left. The new system is great and is so quiet. Oh, I briefly mentioned to Mario that we had three electrical outlets that lost power. He mentioned that he could have an electrician come to our home and evaluate the problem. Deasey was at our home in about 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem and restored electricity to the outlets. So, Albert, Mario, Johnny, Eddie and Deasey performed an outstanding job for our air conditioning and electrical needs. Johnnis was one of two technicians who came to our home to our home to remove our indoor and outdoor HVAC systems and replace them with new units. They arrived at our home at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. Johnnis and Eddie went to work immediately. The work was hot, they handled heavy equipment and to top it all off, our indoor HVAC system is upstairs. Johnnis and Eddie never took a break and worked until just about 10 PM to insure that we had air conditioning once they finished. The new system is working great plus it is so quiet, both indoors and outdoors. Johnnis and Eddie did a fabulous job! They even covered our carpet to insure that it did not get dirty. We arranged for Mario O. from Will Fix It come and give us an estimate for the replacement of our HVAC system. First, he checked our existing system and verified that our unit was leaking and had mold growing in places we were not aware of. Many of the coils were also very rusted. This means that my wife and I were breathing very unhealthy air.
Mario reviewed systems that suited our home and we chose one that was ideal for our home and pocket book.

We had three electrical outlets that suddenly stopped working. We had to connect an extension to an outlet in another room in order to have a working light by our sofa.
We arranged for an electrician from Will Fix It to come to our home to diagnose the problem and hopefully fix the outlets. Deasey came to our home and quickly went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and restored power to the outlets. It's so nice to have three working outlets again. He helped me with our outdoor ceiling fan. I was so frustrated because I could not figure out what was wrong with it. Milton took his time and found the issue, motor was bad. Mr. Mario Olivares was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He laid out all of our options and let us decide which option worked best for us. Aside from fixing our problem, he was very helpful in giving us tips on how to properly maintain some parts of our A.C. system in order to prevent future issues. I was thrilled that Will Fix It has 24 hour service and was able to help us on a Sunday afternoon when our A.C. suddenly went out and it was almost 100 degrees outside. Our family and pets were extremely uncomfortable and Mr. Mario saved the day! I was very happy with my experience with Mr. Mario and Will Fix It and will definitely be using them again in the future.
