Rito R. and Luis T. did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable about their craft and let me know what they were doing each step of the way through the process. They were careful of my flooring and of clearing the area of all debris when they completed the job. It was great working with Them. They are great assets to Will Fit It.

I was very happy with the installers that did my insulation. Everyone is quick to complain when something goes wrong, but I want to make sure to give praise when something is done perfectly. The fan motor died on my 12 years central AC. Mario Olivares showed up earlier than the time frame given and provided a lot of helpful options, which included working on the current issue or replacing the system. After deciding to replace the unit, the HVAC Technicians Hector and Edgar did a great job. The placed carpeting to avoid any messes inside the house, they left their work areas clear of debris, and both technicians were helpful in answering my questions. I had an issue today and my go to AC company is Will Fix It. I tried to get my normal tech out but he was out on vacation. I knew I was in a hard spot and couldn't wait so I asked them to send someone right away. I was a bit hesitant but knew I had to get it looked at. They were able to get someone out to me within about 30 mins of my call, which was amazing and super fast. The gentleman that showed up was named Dillon. He was probably the most polite AC tech I've ever met (other than Daryl). I explained what happened and he immediately knew where to look. He diagnosed my problem as a bad capacitor in about 10 mins and had it replaced within about 10-15 more minutes. The air was blowing cold and my house was cooling down again. Dillon was fast, efficient, accurate, friendly and most of all knowledgeable. I really appreciate what he did for me and how quickly he accomplished it. I'd highly recommend Will Fix It to anyone who's needing AC and or Plumbing repairs. They are professional, fair and quick. I won't call anyone else.

I will give ARS Will fix it 5 stars ONLY because of David Gonzalez. Nice, happy and easy going young man. Made friends with Copper and cleared the clog in my kitchen drains. Answered all our questions and left the area clean, could not even tell he'd been here, except for the DRAIN was clear and running.

Shane came to check on a problem we were having with the drain pan of the AC system. He took the time to analyze and discover that an issue existed from when the unit was installed. He methodically when through the process of making sure every thing was corrected and when he left, the system was running like brand new. We called Will Fix It Thursday and they came out the very next day by 130pm to fix our plumbing problems. We had a leak in our ceiling from a plumbing pipe in our attic, and a far less minor problem with a leaky shower faucet that needed to be repaired.
Robert Mesaros was our plumber/service professional. Everything from the phone rep we spoke to during the initial call to Robert, was stellar customer service.
When Robert arrived he assessed the jobs, gave us 4 options to fix attic lines issue, told us exactly what needed to be repaired
and completed the jobs in less than 2 hours.
We'll definitely be calling WFI back for a few other jobs and requesting Robert again with any plumbing needs. Thanks WFI! Bobby M. 09/15/17 |

Joe Perez was our AC tech that showed up early on Labor Day Monday when our AC unit wouldn't come on. Joe was very quick to fix our problem. We liked that he was very knowledgeable about our AC unit, plus he started out with the obvious and most cost efficient solution in order to fix our unit. We've had other companies that want to sell us a brand new unit right away without a thorough inspection. So, we appreciate Joe's honestly and integrity when it comes to saving us money and doing a great job. Mario, Diagnosed my Air Conditioner trouble after performing tests. He discovered the fan was drawing excessive current and the compressor also was drawing excessive current as well beyond the normal specification. The compressor system is over 12 years and uses R-22 Freon, which is no longer manufactured. This factored in my decision to replace whole system vice repairing.
Mario provided detailed information as to what they Will Fix It team will do to remove old and install new system. He is person that I will request in the future should need arise to seek his expertise. My 30 years experience as Technical Project Manager, watching Mario work and his verbal skills covey confidence in his own abilities to address troubleshooting system failures quickly.
