What we thought was just a clogged pipe ended up being a big job. Joseph showed us on the camera what the problem was and helped us with our options. During the work we ran into a little hiccup but all the guys and the ladies on the phone were quick to fix the problem. Thank you to all that worked on our big job. Today (07/27/2018), I submitted a request to have a sewer drain unclogged from my house to a septic tank. Mr Cory Bentley called in advance and showed up as scheduled. Mr Bentley was very courteous and performed the service in a professional, expeditious manner. This was my first experience with Will Fix It and I definitely will use their services again in the future; as well I recommend their services to anyone having a similiar requirement. Can’t thank Mario enough! Needed a tune up on our A/C unit - Mario came in, introduced himself, talked to me about what I was needing done and then very patiently and methodically worked on both of my systems. He kept me informed about what he was doing each step of the way and showed me photos of what he was talking about. During the work I found out that there were some issues with my system but Mario explained all of my options and let me discuss it with my wife and then make a decision. I appreciated his positive attitude - once I made the decision he said, “Great Choice, I would have made the same one.” In the 11 years I have lived in my house - I have never seen such great customer service. Daryl was awesome! He went above and beyond to assist with our AC issue. When I placed the call that we were having issues, the lady said that it would be between the hours of 1-3 pm which was a couple of hours. Within 5 min, Daryl called and said that he was on his way. Mario took his time explaining things and making me comfortable...and as a woman sometimes making mechanical type decisions is hard for me. The initial technician came out and was able to quickly locate the source of the leak. He stated that a master plumber would do the install to correct the leak. Lee P. was the master plumber and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything in great detail regarding the job, worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. After contacting "Will" Fix It, the order for new HVAC sytem went through. About 30 min. in, Installers: Manny Ocanas and David, were already prepping for removal, and installation of the new unit. The installers were professional and informative as to the process involved. The installers quickly rolled a work mat leading to the AC unit designating a high traffic and work area in consideration for the customer. Manny worked on lines outside and David worked on removing the old unit. When the new AC unit arrived, David and Manny began to move the new unit into place, and within a couple hours our new AC unit was running. David was informative on the technical aspects and operation of the new Nest system, and types of filters for replacement. Manny also advised us on proper waterdown of the unit outside, as well as informative of the new systems operation.

It is a pleasure to recommend Lee Palomino to anyone needing help with a plumbing issue. Lee came out to my house and gave me a complete and thorough explanation in writing about the 2 toilets that I needed to replace. He also checked all my other faucet and water connections. He was so very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable. His estimates were absolutely free. Then when I called back several days later, he was prompt and efficient in handling my installations in addition to being careful and leaving everything neat and spotless. It being summer and your AC going out at 11pm at night isn’t ideal for anyone, and me being pregnant didn’t help the situation at all. Luckily we called these guys and Mario came out to our house on July 4th and got our AC running!! Both Edgar and Hector from Will-Fix-It did an amazing 110% job at installing our new ac and condenser units. They were professionally respectful and friendly, and communicated great with us.
Update 06/28/18: while the installation was 99% perfect, an issue appeared when we noticed condensation leaking from our AC. I called Will-Fix-It earlier this morning and scheduled an appointment today. Dillon, another respectful and friendly technician, reviewed our problem and easily fixed it with no issues.

I want to comment on the service I received from Will Fix It, and their employee Isiah Sotello. Our hot water heater went out on Friday, and Isiah came out to fix it Saturday. He was professional, courteous and honest. Isiah arrived about 5:30 p.m. and left about 9:00 p.m., staying until we were completely satisfied, which we were. In his check of the house's plumbing he discovered we needed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV). He came back this morning to install the new PRV. Again, professional, courteous and honest. Mr. Aldana arrived promptly to service my air conditioner. He was polite, professional, well-mannered. He took care of servicing my equipment in a timely manner, recommended updating some elements, which I took him up on, and completed his work promptly. When he finished, he retired to his truck presumably to write up his work or receive his next assignment. In the meantime I received a frantic call from a neighbor whose husband was out of town, saying she was experiencing a flood of water in her home. I dashed to her house, where water was forcefully spraying out from the bottom of a toilet tank. She had tried to close the cut-off valve, but could not close it. I also tried, but couldn't move it either. I dashed back to my house, as Mr. Aldana's truck was still in front, I caught him and asked for his help. He explained he was not a licensed plumber, so couldn't help. I explained that all we needed was some help shutting off the neighbor's water. He immediately came, with a tool, and was able to shut the water off for us. Afterward, he had Will Fix It send a plumber out to repair the leak. He also contacted a company that came out to the house to assess damage and remove the water. Mr. Aldana was a champ! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help a neighbor in crisis.
