Carlos Gonzalez was honest, hard working, determined and worked until he found and corrected our plumbing problem. Hours before we called Will Fix it a competitor quoted us a price of $1700 after giving up after 1 hour. We paid $207 with Will Fix it! Thanks to Carlos G. we found a company we can trust.

Had a new water heater (and softener) installed yesterday and am pretty happy with the service provided by "Will" Fix It. They gave a very fair and competitive price of how much it would cost, a few days before they were going to be installed. And was pretty impressed that they respected and honored military service and veterans by giving a military discount when asked. Todd G. did a great job on the installations! He was very thorough and respectful and politely answered any questions I had. And was patient while I changed out the plywood for the water heater base. I would use Will Fix It again. My dad and I would like to send a huge thank you to the wonderful team at Will Fix It. My 86yo dad called to inform me that his A/C was not working and he had called several A/C companies with no success due to the high volume of calls during the month of July 2018. I referred my dad to Will Fix It and they came out immediately. The technicians went above and beyond in caring for my dad......They installed a portable unit so he could at least get through the day until the installation the following day. My dad would like to thank the wonderful technicians and staff at Will Fix It from Manny, David, Ken & Shaun....If he left anyone out, he certainly wants to thank them as well..........Thanks so much for taking care of my elderly father........You guys are truly an asset to the Will Fix It family. Mario helped me select a new air conditioner in July. He was very understanding, taking his time to slowly explain all of the options with no pressure. Then, unfortunately, my second air conditioner broke totally in September. Both units were 13 years old but it was still very upsetting. The repair man (Richard) was also understanding and I asked him to try and get Mario to come out for this second unit. I didn't want to go thru the whole sales options again--just cut to the chase and give me the same Carrier unit. Mario was able to postpone another call, I think, because he came immediately and helped me expedite the second purchase. He has a very calm, non-pressure approach. I trusted him not to cheat me! Todd German and Ramiro showed up today. Todd was my plumbing professional - he flushed the water heater and fixed the water pressure in my shower. Was completely professional, didn't track dirt in my place (it was rainy today), and so nice. Very pleasant interaction. Ramiro cleaned my AC filter, helped me understand how the unit worked and was also so professinal, helpful, and was very careful not to track any mud in my house.

Had a Rheeme Hybrid water heater installed up to code. Since there is a condensation connection, the fitting needed to be passed outside the house so a drill hole was necessary. The steps taken during the install process was explained; great service. 09/13/18 |

We called "Will Fix It" for a second opinion on a HVAC system repair that another company had quoted us, which we didn't agree with the quoted repairs. Mario Olivares "Will Fix It Tech" did an inspection of our system. He was very thorough and explained what the issue was with our system. He took his time to answer all questions that I had. Daryl was awesome and I would definitely recommend him and Will Fix It! My AC unit quit working after tree trimmers covered it with a secured tarp for a couple of hours. I didn't call until after 5pm but was in distress, with temperatures at 100 degrees. Daryl arrived at my house within a couple of hours and after hearing my explanation of what had happened, was able to correct the problem in just a few minutes. I was so grateful for the fast response after the long day that I had already had. I am already enrolled in the Will Fix It maintenance plan but this quick response to my dilemma just confirms that I made a great decision is switching to Will Fix It a few months ago! 08/23/18 |

Daryl M was super friendly & professional, and I strongly recommend Will Fix It! Tree trimmers had covered my AC unit with a tarp, causing it to stop working so it had already been a long day for me and it was upsetting to have my AC quit working after dealing with tree trimmers all day. I contacted Will Fix It and Daryl was out to my house within a couple of hours. After explaining to Daryl what I believed to be the problem, he was able to fix my AC within just a few minutes. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
We are writing this letter of appreciation on behalf of Mr. Robert(Bobby) Guerra. On August 9, 2018, Mr. Guerra came to our house as a technician representing your company in response to our telephone call. He came to fix our heater which was leaking.
From the very first moment, Mr. Guerra conducted himself very professionally. He assessed the situation thoroughly and diligently, and in a straightforward manner, provided us with a clear explanation of the fact that the water heater was beyond repair. It had to be replaced as well as the water pressure valve , which was not functioning properly.
He provided us with some clear alternative solutions and the cost involved. We agreed to purchase a new water heater and the water pressure valve, which he installed the next day .
Throughout the day of the installation, despite the harsh weather conditions of temperatures reaching over 100 degrees , Mr. Guerra maintained his kind and cheerful character. His dedication and concern for our safety and comfort was obviously present on his mind at all time.
We want to express our sincere appreciation for your prompt and effective response at a time when we needed it. At the same time, we want to convey our gratitude to Mr. Guerra- the plumber for his friendly and professional overall service. Your company should be very proud to have him as your representative and resource.
Since he is not aware of this gesture of ours, we would be very appreciative if you could provide him with a copy of this letter.
