Mario did great job explain what we needed and understood out price range. He did everything he could to get my daughter with a lung disease exactly what we needed and made great recommendations. He followed up and made sure we could get an install as quick as possible to make sure we had a heater before winter time (less than 48 hours away)

Edgar and hector did a great job coming to install my new system. They took the time to educate our family with what we were getting and how to use it. They did a very good professional job installing things and everything looks perfect!

Thursday, 10-11-18 one of your techs cleaned my main sewer line. A shot time later, I checked a line that joined it and drains well; it was not draining. I called and told that a tech would be here in an hour. No one called, and no one came. Early 10-12-18, I called and was given an appointment for time BEFORE 12:00. A called told me that it was moved to 12:00-4:00, and I said that I had to leave by 4:30. No one called and no one came. I left at 4:30. At 4:30+ someone called and said that a tech was at my door. I was gone. Now I have an appointment for Tuesday, 10-16-18. I am wondering if, when, and what. JOHN M. 10/14/18 |

We had a positive experience with Mario. He was informative, honest and answered all of our questions. He made several recommendations and comparisons between the products offered by his company. Once our decision was made, and the paperwork completed, our new air conditioning system was on the way to our home.
The installation team was efficient, friendly, respectful and gave up part of their weekend to install our units.
