I had another A/C company come out and say that would not be able to run a new line through the attic because the crawl space was too small. When Mario arrived he never said 'No,' he crawled in the 100 degree attic and placed the new line in a VERY small space without complaint. I feel he went above and beyond and am sooo grateful he was able to run the line. Mario O. 07/07/13 |

Ramiro Aldana, responded to a service call I made June 29. First, I would like to commend Will Fix It for the prompt response. This day happened to be one of the hottest we have experienced this year. My air-conditioner was not cooling. Ramiro arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He is very professional and courteous. Oscar M. arrived promptly in the time window given. He went to work to perform my a/c tune-up. I have 2 units operating in my home and he detected issues with both systems. One unit had low Freon and the coil was covered with ice. He found a weak capacitor and a faulty float sensor on the drain pan. On the 2nd unit, he repaired the drain pipe and vacuumed excessive water from the drain pan. He installed a sensor switch that will shut the unit down if water was to collect excessively in the future. Oscar brought Freon levels to the proper amount on both units and cleaned thoroughly. He explained the home service plans available and calculated the savings I could receive by accepting at the time of service. Both units performing as new. Good service is difficult to find these days. As a military member I found that Will Fix It is the exception. I called with an air condition not cooling and received an appointment within a two hour window. The repairman Daryl M assessed the problem in less than ten minutes. He got the part and repaired the air condition unit in less than two hour. Daryl was prompt, professional,and very knowledgable. Daryl M represented his company well. Mario was very personable friendly and Honest. I had another company come out to do service several months ago. They did a temporary fix and told me I needed to replace my entire Home AC system. I declined and actually had to redo the temporary fix myself one time before it failed again. Mario analyzed the problem gave a clear set of steps needed to get me going. Mario then proceeded to fix the problem and pointed out that the AC system was a good system and would last a good while if maintained properly. His knowledge and honesty so impressed me that I immediately signed up for both the plumbing and Heat AC service program.

Daryl M. came to our house, on a last minute service call, to fix our failing air conditioner. Of course, our unit failed on a very hot summer day. My wife is on oxygen 100 % of the time so remaing cool is obviously imprtant during hot days. Daryl M. had the unit up and working again in short order. He also has a good sense of humor cosidering that it was so hot outside. We chose WillFix It to initially install our unit becuase of the customer service that they are known for. Joe Carvajal did a wonderful job of inspecting my ac units inside and out. He was courteous and even remembered being here when my husband was alive. He did a thorough inspection and even offered a brochure when I questioned him on insulation and offered to make an appointment for someone to come out ...I told him I would wait. Mr. Oscar Marimon professionalism was excellent. He went over by detailed what was going on with the A/C unit. He pin pointed everything that he was doing. He showed me why the recommendations were needed and express his concern. I was shocked when he told me about the breaker box not meeting the criteria for the unit we have and he concern that it can lead to a fire hazard, which I have an 85yr old mom. Also his recommendations on changing the filter as well. I took all his recommendations serious and appreciate that he pointed it out to us. I contacted Will Fix It to check and tune up my AC unit today and they did great job.The lady that talked to me was very courteous and she sent me the technician Tom P. at the same day. Tom P. at the other hand was a very knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned every part of my Air Conditioning Unit ‎and tuned it up in a very professional way. Tom P. also recommended that I changed some parts and gave me estimation of the price in case I decided to do so, at the same time he did not push me to replace the parts or charge me of any extra unnecessary works that other companies usually do. I am really impressed by the work Tom P. did and I recommend his company to you if need any work related to your AC unit, you will get the work done without headache or worries of unnecessary charges. Over the years we've used WillFixIt for plumbing, water heaters, and our a/c units. Although we've met different great technicians, its always such a pleasure to see Daryl! It's like, "Oh its Daryl, he'll take care of it!" Yesterday he came with a new tech that he is partnering with named Victor. They were both so polite and professional. Sergio D. performed the annual service check of our A/C system and through his careful and competent work he observed that we had a leak in the evaporation coil of one of our units and it was low on refrigerant. He added refrigerant and arranged for the coil to be replaced, ensuring that the coil was under part warranty and we would only pay the labor costs. A few days later, he returned to install the replacement coil. Again, his work was excellent: he checked to make sure everything was operating properly and I appreciated his ability to communicate effectively the problem and the solution both orally and in writing. My only complaint is with his company: Sergio was not the technician originally dispatched to return and perform the installation of the replacement coil. The technician that was sent was not familiar with my system, was confused about his paperwork, and did not know how to operate the thermostat. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding professional service and professionalism Daryl provided! His knowledge of AC units is noteworthy, as he was able to break it down to me in laymen terms whereby I understood what was happening with my unit. He was very courteous and respectful, and took off his shoes ever time he entered my home, and I appreciate that. He explained the various service plans being offered, explained what they entailed, and encouraged me to look into purchasing one, so that my system is always functional. I was concerned that I would forget to call in the services and lose money with those types of contracts, but he assured me that Will Fix It would call me to schedule the appointments. Normally you just get a technician who comes to your home, fix the problem, charge you and leave...Not Daryl, he took the time to enlighten me on the woes of preventive maintenance, showed me pictures of the algae that he flushed out of my pipes, helped me understand my AC Warranty, and gave me some good pointers. In closing I d like to say Daryl is an asset to your customers because he loves his line of work, and genuinely cares about the customers you serve. I just recommended two friends to Will Fix It to get their AC Units Serviced not only at a great price, but from professionals who stand behind their work! Air Conditioner quick working in late afternoon. I called Will Fix It and was informed that a Tech would come out late at night. Ramiro arrived around 11:45 PM. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the defective components. Needless to say Ramiro performed in a very professiona manner. My wife and I were able to enjoy cool air

I was very happy with the service provided by Will Fix It. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, from the booking rep to the technician. There was no extra fee for coming on a Saturday, and the service was done quickly and with no strings or "hidden fees"-the price quoted was the price I paid. I also want to give a big thank you to Adam S.-he was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a great job, from fixing my clog to giving me tips for keeping everything running smoothly. Mario O was the service technician that came to our home. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a very long time with us b/c we had questions about our unit and the air handler, and needed a 'class' on the special filter we are using. When he left, he gave us an itemized list of items to do. He also discovered (with my husband standing there) that the breaker box for the a/c had never been opened. We have had our unit serviced by another local company, and all of their invoices noted all was good in that area. We will be specifically requesting Mario for all our a/c and heating service.
