I purchased a service plan from Will Fix It to give my wife peace of mind while I was gone to Afghanistan this year. The week after I left for deployment our A/C quit. Mario and the rest of the Will Fix It crew were quick in coming out to diagnose the problem. They walked my wife through all the options and even took time to speak with me 8,000 miles away. Mario & Will Fix It assisted with all aspects from permitting, scheduling, and CPS rebates and post installation inspections. Definitely recommend Will Fix It and many thanks from us. Please note that the scheduling personnel are courteous and helpful, but it is the service technicians like Mario Ortiz that is the incentive for continuing to use Will Fix It. First I will say this Will Fix It came over within a short time to service me without a service contract. My service contract folks, Aritron, would not get to me until the next day (some priority service). I will not be renewing the service contract with Airtron.
So Mario arrives and is able to determine the problem quickly while my dogs beg for his attention. Mario made the appropriate repairs quickly and efficiently as we were leaving town the next day. Mario was very courteous and polite. And as their ads says, the repairmen place the plastic cover on their shoes each time he came back into the house. He left every thing clean as if he never was here.

My service technician was very professional. Took care not to track dirt around the house after it had rained the night before. Thoroughly looked at the system and informed me of normal monthly maintenance that I should do.

It was supposed to be a "tune up" as the tech said when he arrived. However when he began to analyze my HVAC system he said he could almost "guarantee" that the heat exchange was cracked. He came to this conclusion without removing any face plate, without inserting his flexible camera to look at the component from within. He went on to suggest that I probably shouldn't make any individual fixes however he did leave that decision up to me as the system was aged. Overall he made a lot of recommendations without making any "tune up". He had no problem collecting the money Home Depot said it would cost for the "tune up".
