Mario O has made a few service calls for us and has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to explain what is going on with our a/c system and the items that need our attention. He explains the reasons behind the recommended upgrades as well. Mario O. 03/25/13 |

Have used Will Fix It for most any major project around my house, that i cant do myself. they do a GREAT job every time. the only problem i have is that every time i use them, i know i an WAY over paying for the actual parts and labor. just had a leak in the valve line for my water heater, and had to replace the valve, line and joint to water heater, and obviously they put it all on. $360 later it was all fixed. the parts that were replaced would have only been about $30. its just frustrating knowing all that. labor and parts prices are TOO HIGH. Mario O was the service technician that came to our home. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a very long time with us b/c we had questions about our unit and the air handler, and needed a 'class' on the special filter we are using. When he left, he gave us an itemized list of items to do. He also discovered (with my husband standing there) that the breaker box for the a/c had never been opened. We have had our unit serviced by another local company, and all of their invoices noted all was good in that area. We will be specifically requesting Mario for all our a/c and heating service. Our technician was Mario O. He was scheduled to do a check up, but stayed to answer all the questions we had regarding care of the system filter we had installed by another company. He was on time, thorough and extremely professional. He created a list of items that need to be done to our system, and even discovered that the breaker for the unit had never been checked (despite maintenance records stating the other company had done so). Adam S was great. He was able to assess the problem and fix it. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I felt confident in his ability to fix my problem. He was extremely patient especially since he had to spend extra time going back & forth to Home Depot to get parts and then returning again to get a replacement for a defective part. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. He was outstanding and exceeded all expectations. He went beyond the call. Carlos is an asset to Will Fix It. He asked all the right questions and provided me with a wealth of information based on my answers and stressed the importance maintenance on an annual basis. A routine water inspection and sediment flush was completed at a great price and the inspection raised a red flag for a part replacement which will save me money in the long run. Carlos is friendly, professional and thorough. I will specifically request that he return for any future plumbing,heating,cooling or electrical needs from Will Fix It in the future. daylan was great. he helped us understand our issue, what was happening, and what he was going to do to fix it. he was very friendly, courteous and conscientious. i liked the fact that the pricing was set in stone (helped us feel like we weren't going to get raked over the coals on pricing with a random pricing scale). daylan went out of his way to do a good job and even came back 2 days later to check and ensure the work he did was done right. we'll definitely use will fix it in the future and would request daylan given the opportunity. Had an issue with repairs the company had made last year under my homeowner's warranty. My hot water heater had a leak and Will Fix It was dispatched to make repairs. I found out this year, when the heater began leaking again, that the repairs made previously were not properly done. I complained to Will Fix It and they immediately responded by apologizing profusely and letting me know that this was not the level of performance/quality that they deliver. And though repairs had already been made by another company (again through my home warranty) the customer relations professional at Will Fix It offered to "make things right." They sent out a technician the next day to drain my 2 water heaters at no cost to me. The technician was very professional and friendly, and left the work area in better condition than he found it. I had Carlos C. Come to my house today to fix a few plumbing issues. I received a call from the company about 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. After a free full home plumbing inspection the work began. Carlos was extremely prfessional and informative. The repairs took about as long as I expected and the price was reasonable. Daryl was very friendly and explained that with my disabilities that the thermostat in my home was not user friendly and would be very hard to use. He replaced the thermostat and it is so easy to use. He spent time instructing my how to use it in different situations. I have small dogs and he was friendly with my dogs also...never acting like hey your dogs are a pain so lock them up . He realized that he was a visitor in our home (mine and dogs) and acted accordingly. Very impressed with him and with my new thermostat.
