I had 2 tubs and 2 toilets backing up, so I called Will Fix It. On Thursday, Adam S. showed up to give a free estimate. What he found, unfortunately, was shifted sewer pipes with roots penetrating through. We were shown proof by video. My Wife & I agreed to replace the sewer line. A little later Roger M. and Walter showed with a back-hoe and started removing the 30 yr old sewer pipes we had. To my astonishment, Adam & Walter stayed til around 8pm/9pm and finished installing the new line & clean-out so that our family could have use of our facilities!!! I did not expect that. We had to wait though the weekend for the City to inspect the work. On Monday, inspection was done & passed. Later that day Adam S. and Joseph A. returned to cover up the hole. We are very impressed with the courtesy & concern that everyone showed. Everyone, especially Adam, was sincere, honest & thorough. Mario O. did it again. Will Fix It has been my plumbing and A/C service provider for almost 19 years and Mario is, hands down, one of their very best technicians, past and present. Told him the last time he was here to complete the annual A/C service that if he ever decides to leave Will Fix It I will also leave. The Will Fix It parent company could learn a lot from Mario regarding customer service. Since Will, the original owner, sold the company the American Residential Services (ARS) a "corporate America" customer service attitude has taken over the company. From my perspective this equates to "customer service" being little more than a catch phrase/slogan. However, with Mario customer service isn't a catch phrase/slogan it is what he provides. He's the best. Keep him around by rewarding him at every opportunity. As for ARS management they could learn a lot about customer service from Mario. Thanks Mario. Mario O. 04/13/13 |

We were having our routine A/C maintenance and Sergio was the technician that came out. Right away it was easy to see what a nice young man he was. I explained that my husband was sleeping after a long night of work and asked him to please be as quiet as possible. That's all it took. He went out of his way to be quiet, using another form of cleaning out the system than his vacuum which would have generated considerable noise. He replaced some missing Freon after asking if there had been any problem/repair to the unit since installation. I explained an issue we had last summer which he noted and then returned to his work. Upon finishing he approached me with the news that our duct system was filled with microbials and proceeded to show me with the remote camera, both at the origination site and several of the individual ducts. I explained that we were putting house on the market this week and just didn't want to replace ductwork. He was very helpful, giving me other options to choose and the cost involved. No pressure at all which i greatly appreciated. I told him we'd make a decision after my hausband awoke. He thanked me for our business, left our receipt and went on his way. We ultimately chose to have the Guardian Air PHI installed. I called WIll Fix It and they sent Sergio back out later in the afternoon. Again, soft spoken, polite and efficient. Had the system installed in about 30 minutes and after payment and a few moments talking with my husband about our dog, was on his way. We have never had a bad experience with anyone Will Fix It has sent to our house, and everyone is always very helpful and informative. However, Sergio was definitely one of the top of the line technicians in both knowledge and personality and I would have no problem having him in our home again! Mario O. was the air condition tech that was sent to my home from Will Fix It about a year ago. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Mario. He was easy to ask questions, he knew the answers and never made me feel like I was ignorant for asking a certain or any questions. He was friendly and he was honest. Since that year I have had several different repairs done to an air conditioner that is very very old and I am trying to keep it until I am able to get a new system. Every time that I have needed any air conditioning repairs my first and only request is that Mario O be the tech sent to my home. I know that he is knowledgeable,concise, Honest, and will do what is needed .I also know that it will be done correctly! I will always request Mario O!! Ramiro A., of Will Fix It Repair, came to the house within an hour of my call and repaired my A/C unit within a couple hours. His estimate saved me money (compared to other company rates) and his excellent service and knowledge provided this home owner with a peace of mind that my system is working better than ever. Scheduling of service was prompt, and the tech arrived well before the stated time window. Sergio D., was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly determined the problem and had it fixed and the system running again in short order. He offered to stay to do a full servicing ather than schedule another visit. He appeared to know the policies and offerings of the company, and spelled out alternatives and options in response to my questions. Have used Will Fix It for most any major project around my house, that i cant do myself. they do a GREAT job every time. the only problem i have is that every time i use them, i know i an WAY over paying for the actual parts and labor. just had a leak in the valve line for my water heater, and had to replace the valve, line and joint to water heater, and obviously they put it all on. $360 later it was all fixed. the parts that were replaced would have only been about $30. its just frustrating knowing all that. labor and parts prices are TOO HIGH.
