I highly recommend Will Fix they are very professional and easy to work with. They included me in all the work so that I could see for myself what had occurred with my A/C unit. James Johnson of WillFixIt Plumbing, was very professional and worked to get all my issues resolved, even though this was an insurance response (American Home Shield). He went the extra mile at no extra cost to ensure I had the right fix using the right parts,not the minimum required to simply restore working order. John Bell was extremely helpful and patient. Answered all my questions and arranged for a granite guy to come cut the whole bigger when the new sink would not fit. Made recommendations for new sink strainers and walked me through all the steps, including what was needed to make all the new connections. Very thorough, easy to talk to. Mr. Rudy Farias, is a very knowledgeable technician he quickly recognize my plumbing problem and made recommendations to repair my plumbing issue. Also Mr. Farias did not like the previous job completed by a former Will Fix It technician at my residence. He believed the original job has cost me too much and Mr. Farias said he could have done a much better job at a far better price. I think that Will Fix It technicians should be rewarded for their experience and knowledge about their jobs and have a better training program for new and up coming technician. We noticed water very slightly seeping up through the floor between the laminate boards at about 8 p.m. Wednesday night. By 11 a.m. Thursday, Rudy, from Will Fix It arrived and located the problem within minutes. A tiny pinhole in the plastic tubing to the ice maker had soaked the floor and eventually reached an area where it could be seen. Rudy was very professional, wrote up an estimate, and graciously accepted that my husband could fix it himself. He then placed a call to a restoration company so we could get an estimate for replacing the damaged floor and assessing any further water damage. I would recommend Will Fix It. Oscar M was just here and did a fantastic job of informing what needed to be done to our furnace. I was having difficulty understanding all the jargon but he stayed with me until I think I understood what he was saying. I appreciated the courtesy by both the phone receptionist that booked the appointment and the technician who made the call. They did exactly what they said they would - called ahead to let me know they were coming - and performed the services requested. He was fast...and had ALL the PARTS in his truck. No run-around. Received an ad in mail for a $69 heater check. Called and someone came out later that day. HVAC Tech was Johathan Sanchez. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Took his time.
