Ramiro came out to service our house. He replaced the thermostat, compressor and cleaned out coils. Ramiro was very informative and helped us out through the new thermostat process. Hi,
Yes I did try and had problem with the computer. Very quickly I had Joe C. do the first six month check-up on my unit. I had questions available for him when he arrived. He took the time to answer all of them for me and also provided me with helpful hints. A very cordial individual and I would request for future work on the HVAC if needed. He also provided me with a yearly plan for heating, a/c, and plumbing and I expect to follow-up on the information. A tip of the hat to Joe!! Thanks.

Rudy did an excellent job of explaining the work to be performed and the cost to install a 50 Gallon Gas water heater, Bradford White. Rudy completed the removal of the bad water heater and installation of new heater in a professional manner. Did not leave any materials or parts behind. He also provided tips on how to operate the new heater and reminded me of the annual draining of the water heater. Rudy demonstrated his expertise with the water heater and I am extremely pleased with his work. Recommend Will Fix It for appliance and AC issues. I Will continue to use their services. I initially had another plumbing company come out and look at an AC water leak in my attic. Someone was supposed to come by between 6 to 8pm. The guy finally gets to my house late at almost 9pm with no phone call. Not only was this guy rude but he made it clear he did not want to work with his body language. He spends about five minutes in the attic and tells me with absolute certainty where the leak is coming from. I questioned his reason for the leak which he clearly did not appreciate. Long story short he then spends 15 minutes trying to get me to buy either a new condenser unit ($3000) OR a whole new AC unit ($10k ). I tell him no thanks and see him out. I immediately call Will Fix It for a second opinion. Will Fix It sent out Sergio D. Sergio shows up on time with a half hour heads up call. He was very nice. He answered all my questions (I had a lot). When he went up in the attic he took the time to look at all possibilities for the leak. He finally discovered, with trial and error, a clog in the drain pipe immediately connected to the AC unit (I had already cleared the accessible part of the drain pipe earlier). after having other jobs done by diffrent companies, that was less then desirable i thought what do i have to lose, lets try " will fix it " well i did lose, all the other companies. i was very happy with who they sent out to do the work. Ramiro Aldana, his explanations on every step he made and how, what, and why things should be done gave me such comfort. he gained my trust in the company and him. i found the right company that seems to hire the right people so far. Joe took his time evaluating the situation and was very conscientious of my home environment. He made sure to greet me and identify himself as well as describe what he was doing at each step. Before going to different areas of the house, he asked my permission. Also, he explained my options and even went as far as to answer all of my questions concerning the issues I was experiencing. Lastly, even though it was late he made every effort to get work done the same day but when it was obvious that this was not an option, he scheduled the first available appointment the next day. Carlos C. Fixed my main water service from the meter to the house. He also performed a check up of my entire home plumbing system and left me with a list and pricing for future projects. Eventhough this was a harder than normal fix due to many tree roots being in the way at no time did I hear him complain. Will Fix It sent Deasey G. to our home for some electrical work. He took down one chandelier and placed it in another area and then put a new chandelier up for us. He did an excellent job. I was impressed with the hole he drilled in the ceiling that was just the right size and placement. As well as, the new switch plate area he had to enlarge. He knew what he was doing and how to do it exactly how we wanted. He was kind and listened as we explained what we wanted done. We would like to highly commend Mr. Ramiro Aldana and express our appreciation for the professionalism, courtesy, and conscientious job he did ensuring the installation of our air conditioning unit was in perfect working order after his crew completed the job. He explained every detail of what they had done and answered all our questions or concerns. When we experienced a little change in the temperature reading from what we had set the unit on the following week, he returned promptly and went through every area where the problem might exist until he repaired it. His knowledge and 17 years of experience assured us that we had undoubtedly chosen the right company to do the job.

Mario did a very good job of doing an AC service. He was very friendly and efficient. I was a little disappointed that the AC recharge took almost 3 lbs and cost $352. It never cost near that before. This cost has gone thru the roof and I will have to check around. He also informed me of the maintenance plan and gave me info on it. It does not state clearly if it covers the cost of the coolant or not, just that it will be checked. Would consider doing it if there were not some hidden costs. Mario O. 05/11/13 |

We had Tom P. come to our home to tune up our heating/ac unit. We bought the unit 4 years ago and paid a healthy sum for it. We had some free services promised to us by the installers. We got our free services, but compared to Tom P, they were lousy. They were in and out of here quickly, and didn't do half the work that Tom P. did. Rudy F. from Will Fix It was very polite, friendly , knowledgeable , and professional. My water heater leaked and had to be replaced. He kept me informed with every step that he did. He gave me all possible options for my issue. I was worried about how long it would take for someone to get to my house , but Rudy was there by 11 am and finished by 2:30. My carpet was soaked with water , he called a recovery service to come over. They arrived just as he was leaving. He also informed me of things I might want to consider for later. He recommended that I should add a water softener because , although somewhat expensive , it would be worth the cost over the long run. I declined because I just wanted to get the leak fixed as soon as possible because of the timing. But I will definitely keep Rudy and Will Fix It in mind when I decide to get the water softener. The water leak was an unexpected emergency so I didn t have time to shop around for the cheapest price from competitors. I can t say if I got a good price compared to others or not but I feel satisfied with the service that I received for the cost.
