Joe C did a fantastic job for me once again. He is always on time, very polite. He comes in and gets right to work. He always explains everything and provides me the options for any future maintainance or services he thinks we may need. I always call Will Fix It when I have a heating or ac problem becasue they do a greatv job everytime and now I specifically ask for Joe C! I would recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors! Carlos C came to perform my water heater flush and whole house plumbing inspection. I recently had a SAWS water leak and when the city fixed it, dirt and rocks went through my water line. Faucets and toilets were severely affected. Carlos gave me great service with his inspection, recommendations, and was able to fix all my problems right there within that appointment. Daylan, was very pleasant and got right to the problem, which was in my kitchen. My 3 yr. old Grandson was here and definitely wanting to help Daylan. He was great with Cade (Grandson), and made sure he could see what was going on, but kept him away from any harm. He did his job very proficient without making a big mess. I have been doing Biz with will fix it for a number of years. They are expensive but do a good job. The water softener system job was sealed by Rudy. I hadn't planned on spending this much but he made the difference. I was disappointed that Rudy would not be doing the job. The job hasn't been done yet but I expect that they will do a fine job.Both Rudy and his supervisor helped me to get comfortable with a softener. A system that made me nervous to put in because I know it can make things worse if there are chemicals in the water. Softeners have come a long way since the late 80's. Ramiro Aldana was an excellent service specialist he was very professional. He thought me a lot on how to check my AC System to keep on top on my maintenance so the system can last longer. He answer all my questions and he went the extra mile to promoted me some cleaning air system for allergies. He took his time explaining everything he was doing and explaining what each part that may need service or replacement, but most of all he didn t try to sell me a new unit. I am SO pleased with the time, care, attention, professionalism and competency of your technician, Ramiro (can't remember his last name). He took the time to check my heating/AC unit very carefully. Some potentially very dangerous issues with some previous "patchwork" on the unit were brought to my attention. There was never any pressure or "sales pitch" presented. I have been with Will fix it since 09 and I have had wonderful customer service and the guys who come out to fix a problem are really terrific. I am on the monthly plan and get discounts on future work and priority service. I cant say enough great things about this company. Will Fix It, did some extensive work on my house, installing new air condition & heating system. The products are working great the service provided was also great. Recently they did another job replacing my old water heater. All the extensive work done by them has been great and the price on all the work done has also been great. Rudy F. came to flush out my water heater yesterday and discovered a lot of sediment caused by my 3 year old water softener, It was out of warranty and he explained, thoroughly, the replacement of water softener would be the better way to go, rather than repair the existing one. He was able to install the new one that same day. He took a lot of time showing me all the components involved and answered all my questions. He was kind, patient and very professional. On 12/11/12 your technician, Sergio Diaz, came to my house to inspect my heating system. He was polite and professional. He was courteous the entire time he was here. When he finished he concluded that the heating system circuit board was faulty and that he was not able to fix the problem. He suggested that I contact the company in the morning and set up an appointment to have one of the electonic techs come to fix the problem. I did and was happy with the results from both Mr Diaz and the electronic tech, # 199. You should be proud of the quality and caliber of these two employees. They represented your company professionally and with complete knowledge of their profession.

Adam Shannon replaced my water heater...I was very impressed by his professional work and attention to every detail of the heater....it was like an Artist creating a masterpiece....the quality of service was outstanding...one I have not seen in a long time...his disposition was wonderful...very patient, attentive, and polite...Will Fix It certainly has a gem of an employee...Adam is an asset to the company...he's a keeper...as a school teacher...he gets an A+ from me!
