Very well-pleased with the technician, Mario O., who serviced my unit for the first time today, 23 May 14. I am confident in his suggestions and work ethic. In fact, I will specifically ask for him for future service calls. I was well-pleased with the previous technician who serviced my AC/Heating for a number of years. Unfortunately, he has moved on and is no longer with Will Fix It. It is the company technician, the company representative, sets the relationship between the company and the customer. Thank you. Robby C explained all that was in need of maintenance, gave us an estimate with three choices of service we could have. Our system is over 9 years old so it needed a lot of tuning-up and cleaning (coils). So we decided on what was the best fit for us. Mr. Juan Pacheco is, in my humble opinion, the most reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumber and technician that I have ever seen. His unselfish devotion to "getting the job finished" is truly to be admired and appreciated. Mr. Pacheco's subject matter expertise is without equal. The technician, Mario, was professional, courteous, and technically competent. Throughout the diagnosis and repair he pointed out the problems he discovered and explained the recommended solutions, using terms I could understand. The cost of repairs was substantially less than the fee another company was going to charge. I was pleased with the response, repairs, and cost. I was very pleased with my A/C inspection and routine service. Technician, Robby C was professional and sincere in his desire to service my A/C. He was also helpful into informing me of ways I could improve my home's environmental controls by informing me of EAS systems that comply with CPS discounts. At no time did I feel like he was being to pushy while informing me of options available. The price for the visit was very reasonable and I have decided to make Will Fix It my go to place to maintain and improve my house maintenance issues for A/C, heating and plumbing. I have used this company before to install a sink faucet and water softner before, and I have had great results. Thank you Shannon for a very professional job! I recently had a company come out to perform a 6 month check up on my system. I was told that I needed 8 pounds of refrigerant and the evaporator coil replaced. I decided to get a second opinion, so I contacted "Will Fix It".
Shannon came out and inspected the system, she explained each test as she performed them, as it turned out, I only needed a Condenser Fan (she recommended), which I elected to replace myself.

Have previously had very unsatisfactory experiences getting trustworthy service on my home air conditioning system. Tried Will Fix It on 4/16/14. Mario O. arrived at the promised time and presented himself as very professional. He took time to thoroughly check out system and explain my options and costs. He recommended certain remedies and arranged for it same day. Work was completed that day. Mario called me after business hours on his own time later that day to see if the work was completed satisfactorily. So far I have been very pleased with this company's way of doing business. My decision to use Will Fix It for HVAC service for the first time has so far been very satisfactory. I have not had very good luck in the past with receiving professional services in this area. In one case the very company I purchased my complete HVAC system from became downright confrontational because they refused to honor their warranty commitments. On 4/16/14, Mario O. came at the time promised and presented as a very professional well groomed individual. Mario took the time to thoroughly examine my system and listen to my complaint. He explained all my options and quoted prices on the spot. Never did I feel like he was just trying to sell me a service, needed or not. He engendered trust and I felt like he was truly interested in helping me with my problem. He even called the manufacturer to verify warranty information in the event it would be covered.
