I undertook a service agreement with Will Fix It after having them come out to the house for plumbing work (I recommend Dean). I have both a plumbing and air conditioning maintenance contract with Will Fix It. This is after having used numerous contractors through my home warranty service. Joe C. has been maintaining my heat pumps for two years, now. I am very happy with his service. Unlike Cowboys AC/Heating, he has never tried to up-sell me on any repairs. He has been very honest with me, and I have come to trust him. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and (in my opinion) honest. I recommend him very highly. Joe C. 08/12/13 |

Joe C. arrived promptly, and in a most polite manner went through the AC Tune up for both units. He checked electrical and gas lines as well as pressure in each. He also assured me that an item on our Home Inspection Report was fine due to the Bexar County/San Antonio building codes, and the fact that this item was Grandfathered and not in need of replacement as it was in fine condition. Ramiro was out tech. You could easily tell he was very experienced and knowledgable, and it showed. Best of all, he didn't try to sell me something, and he didn't tell me to have something fixed that didn't need fixing. I have had other companies that just wanted to sell me something or want me to pay to fix something that didn't need fixing. I like Will Fix It since it was bought out a few years ago. Absolutely fantastic service! I didn't discover my air conditioner was out until I got home from work. Although there were lots of service calls that day, Tom P. showed up at 10 to work on my air conditioner. He was very courteous and conscientious. He figured out what was wrong and dealt with the property manager. I have already told everyone I know to use Will Fix It if they ever have heating, air conditioning or plumbing problems. Mario O. came to our home to repair a leak in the heat of the day and did a supurb job. He was courteous the whole time and also when he came the day before to explain why we had no cooling and he put in refrigrerant to help limp us along to the next day. Mario was very pleasant and professional while explaining to us what to expect. He had to work in the sun and did not complain at all. I worried since it was so warm and gave him water to keep him hydrated! ( Didn't want to lose him to the heat!) Mario made a few suggestions when he was through - which we took - so he had to do a bit more work - again he just kept smiling and working. We feel that Mario O. is a wonderful representative of Will Fix It and is one of the reasons we tell others about the company and use only Will Fix It for our AC Heating and Plumbing needs. I want to thank Ace and Mario from Will Fix It for the wonderful job they did installing my new AC unit. They came in explained the work to be done and got right to work. Ace and Mario were very professional and got my new AC unit installed within hours. I made the call to Will Fix It the night before and wasn't expecting such a quick response. Mr. Dean C. came to my home after hours a few minutes after I had called in to Will Fix It. So he was prompt and he was courteous and he was fast. I really appreciate a well mannered person who gets right to work and fixes the problem. Dean C. was also informative as to what caused the problem and what to do to keep it from happening again. One month later I called on my bathroom sink that was draining too slowly and I thought it was part of the first problem, but I was not sure. Mr. Dean C. came out again and he checked my sink, which was not part of the first and he fixed the problem in less then a minute and there was no charge. He also told me what caused the problem and that he had taken care of the problem. As a single retired person, I am afraid to call a company to take care of my problems because the cost can be too much for my pocketbook but I know Will Fix It now and I am not afraid to call them. I was lucky enough to have Jesse D. service my home today. Jesse was a plumbing sleuth when it came to finding out my plumbing problem. He was patient and tried several different methods to find out what was wrong. Not only did he fix my problem, he found out my home had a drain out. Being without an air conditioner in the summer is no bueno! When our compressor starting making bad noises at 3AM, we immediately called Will Fix It. The dispatcher on duty got all our information and told us a technician would be to our home after 800AM that morning.
Ramiro showed up early within the window of time, got our symptoms, checked our unit out and recommended a fix. Since we are members of their service club we got a discount on the part needed. Ramiro quickly installed it.
He also checked our filter, recommended it get changed in the fall. He also gave us the name of a person who could help us with the ceiling vent stains.
All in all, A painless, less expensive fix than I had anticipated.
