Mario and Jonathon were very knowledgeable of what our existing problems were with our central air unit. Mario explained everything to me so that I could easily understand how things worked and what everything meant. This was very helpful and I feel like I made very informed decisions on the work I needed on my unit. I also purchased the Home Service Plan which Mario advised me would bring down my bill some and he was right. I saved about $100 on the work that was required on my unit. Mario never pushed me to make decisions I was uncomfortable with and guided me along throughout his work giving me options. I didn t go for the bigger cost of replacing the expensive things, yet. He was able to patch it up nicely until spring. Now that I have the service plan, the cost of the expensive replacement will be much lower. Deasey G. did a great job repairing the switch in my guest bedroom. Before diagnostic review he discussed all my possible repair options It only took him an hour and a half to complete the job. The work was thorough and neat because he cleaned up afterwards. I had 3 GFCI s that needed to be replaced and I would have used him to do those but I felt like that the company pricing of appoximately $150 per plug was too high. Had an emergency upon return from a trip ... inside temperature read 97 degrees ... just had a new unit installed the latter part of June. Called for a technician and Ramiro Aldana came to check it out. By this time is was dark and Ramiro did his best to correct the problem. He came out again during the daylight and double checked everything ... Ramiro was professional, kind, explained all that he found and did to correct the problem. Highly recommended! This was the first time that Will Fix It came out to my house and was glad that I called . The other times I called was because they were the only ones available, It was Sunday afternoon I had guest coming over and both of my AC units went out. I was pleasantly surprised when Ramiro came and had both units fixed within the hour and was even more surprised when he took the time to explain how to properly maintain the units and then give me a brief explanation on how everything worked . Joe did some work on my mother's kitchen a few month's back that rooter rooter said they wouldn't do because they would have to get on the roof, bull he went behind the kitchen sink and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and at 182.00 not 400.00 My family will use Will Fix It because you'all know what the hell you are doing. Daryl & Clay were at my house within 2 hours. Daryl performed diagnostics on my outside unit & determined it was a bad breaker in my breaker box- not my A/C unit. He explained that an electrician would be needed to fix the problem. He then scheduled an electrician come by the next morning. He reached for his invoice book as I reached for my checkbook. "oh, there's no charge" he said. "This is a FREE service call." Are you kidding me? Come on now. What's the catch? There WAS no catch. After getting my eyes poked out dozens of times by every trade imaginable, "Will"Fix It"

I love that the company does FREE ESTIMATES. It happened to me before that they came over and the leak did not need the repair anymore so they did NOT charge me anything.
Today, they fixed my sprinklers system and not only was Carlos nice, but he gave me a military discount since my husband and I are military, so way to go! Will Fix it! supporting our troops. Thank you for that!
