Robby C has come to the house three times to work on the upstairs AC unit. This unit was originally installed in an extreme faulty manner prompting the multiple visits. Robby has fixed all the problems finally actually going to the unit and basically reinstalling it because there were so many original errors. Oscar M. did a thorough professional job on repairing our clogged drain. He recommended the kill switch to avoid overflows and he patiently went over the process as to how to do the monthly drain cleaning. He also discovered the bacteria problem which we had been avoiding and made a very convincing case for adding the blue light solution. He was excellent in his work and good natured in explaining the many details and advantages of these air quality improvements. We feel much better about the future safety and healthy of our a/c-heater system. Outstanding service and an excellent advisor on enhancing the quality of our living space. Five solid stars. Jacob installed a new gas water heater in my rent house. He was a professional from beginning to end. He didn't try to push anything. He answered my questions. He was very courteous, and patient and showed respect. There's nothing worse than someone trying to force you into a quick decision on a major purchase...I have walked away from many of these types. The installation went smoothly. He is a very personable, trustworthy, young man and I felt very comfortable being there while he did the installation. It didn't take as long as I thought it would and he made sure everything was cleaned up and that I was totally satisfied before he left. Jonathan S did a superb job! He not only took care of the original problem he was called out for but discovered another problem that took extra time to trouble shoot. He could have easily just completed the job on the original problem and gone on his way. He stayed and ran down the problem and fixed it as well. as we used to say in the navy Bravo Zulu! Mario Olivares helped us so much. First time in ages that we had a person
in our home with such a high level of integrity. He is a real asset to your organization. We received everything that was promised and two service technicians were outstanding. They worked very hard until 10:30 pm because there was so much to do. After they left, you could tell they had been there unless you looked at the new equipment. I am so glad my wife called Willfixit and you can expect to be called again for anything we need and you will be called by me this time.

Robby C was a true professional. We just moved into a new home and had a ton of areas that needed attention; A/C was one of the primary ones. I'd heard that some companies come in and mess with your system so you sign up for their service. Needless to say, I was a little hesitant. When Robby showed up and began to discuss what he was going to do, I began to feel a little better. No only did he give my system the once over., he provided professional honest feedback. On top of that he gave me some A/C 101 which is something I needed. I really appreciated his approach to the process. In addition to his professionalism, he was very personable; he spoke and explained things at a level which was easily understood. I feel good about knowing the condition and function of my system. We had our AC units serviced for the summer. The technician, Robby C, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and made many energy-conserving recommendations. Although he arrived a little later than expected, he apologized for the delay and explained why he was understandably late. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and he promptly cleaned up after his work. We had pipes making banging noises. Called Will Fix It about 10:00AM. They said that they would have somebody out between 11:00AM & 1:00PM. About 11 they called and Sid the tech was on the way. About 11:15 Jacob Baker arrived. Of course the pipes wouldn't perform for him. When they eventually started the noise again he checked a number of things and found the problem. It was fixed and he was gone by 1:15. Very professional.

Being a service technician myself, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, skill set and customer care Robby provided. Robby was very knowledgable of the a/c unit and all the devices. He was diligent on repairing the issue at hand. Having taken over what was started by 2 other techs, he was able to troubleshoot and find OTHER issues with the unit. Jonathan arrives at my house and greets me. Friendly at the point of contact - awesome feature! I tell him about my house problem and he immediately inspects everything. After a thorough inspection, he tells me how he can assist, the benefits of the fix, and the estimated costs. His work ethnic to detail is excellent. Great personality and great people person. I was quite impressed with the professionalism of the staff that installed our tankless water heater. Juan P was particularly knowledgeable and constantly kept me updated on progress and any problems encountered. Rito R was his assistant and was always professional and friendly and worked well with Juan. Adam S was a good supervisor and checked progress and our satisfaction regularly. Shannon was very professional and she displayed a vast knowledge of HVAC. We had an a/c tuneup and she pointed out a couple of preventive maintenance issues. We will use Will fix it in the future for all of our a/c and heating maintenance.
