We had a wonderful experience will Alan Oye of "Will Fix it" for our AC system tune-up. He gave us great service. He was thorough, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing each step of the way, and he took the time to ask questions to help him really access how our AC was doing and what we could do to keep it in the best working order. I used this company twice. Was pleased with the overall courteous demeanor of the technicians, but not with the overall outcome. In the spring they originally serviced/replaced the compressor at a costly $2000 which included a "service plan." By July the AC was out. Despite the service plan I was still charged $120 to run a diagnostic. I was told I needed a new unit and was quoted over $8000. The only other option given was another repair estimated at another $2000. The tech didn't even comment on insulation missing from the outdoor unit piping. The next day I called another company. First thing they said they would do FREE regardless of whether they did any other service was reward the pipe with insulation and they got my AC cooling in under an hour for a mere fraction of the cost. Outstanding worker Dean C. is a credit to your company, straight forward and honest as they come did the job with no problem what so ever, knew what to do from the start and fixed our problem very quickly. Left us feeling that a company actually cares about their customers and not just a matter of income like so many companies that turned their backs on us Americans because of Wall Street. Many thanks for being there for us. I recently had Spinal Cord disk reconstruction and I truly can't be without the ability to use the bathroom very long that why we were so very happy that Will Fix It was able to send a person out this afternoon rather than wait till the morning as first planned. Came home on Sunday evening to find that our Water Heater had been leaking. I called around to a few Plumbers only to get an automated attendant where I had to leave messages. The very first positive of Will Fix It was that when I called them, they had a live person answer the phone. To me, this was worth every penny of the repair, right there. The person on the other end of the phone was courteous and professional and set proper expectations.
Then, they sent their guy on call who handled emergencies, Mr. Jacob Baker. Jacob was professional, courteous and punctual. He set my mind at ease over the problem, and proceeded to replace my broken water heater, himself! He worked tirelessly through the evening and into the morning hours and did not leave until HE felt comfortable that he did the job right!

Mario came out and took a look at the AC unit. He was very insightful and great at explaining what the issues/problems were. Never once did he try and "oversell" me anything that I didn't need but was just very honest and willing to help us get this resolved (for us and the kids) as soon as possible. Mario was very professional and very knowledgeable of his work. He explained and show me what was being done. I had two people from another company who checked my AC system and told me that my system was unrepairable, yet Mario was able to fix it .I felt that he was very honest about the whole repair and by explaining to me the detail of what was wrong and what was being done was very comforting to , that there is still a company they has an employee like Mario O. that is honest and care about their customer. Mario was fantastic. This was the second time within a month he has been to my house to repair a/c's that were not working properly. He explained everything that was wrong, why it needed to be fixed and the options available. He is very polite, extremely professional, going so far as to fix a previous companies poor work. Even though there turned out to be several things wrong, I did not feel like Mario was ever taking advantage of me or trying to oversell me something as so many companies have previously done. The rating given here was an overall rating from the first contact to the final visit which entailed the company having to come back to the home due to a leak and dissatisfaction of first maintenance visit. Victor D. was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! We had initially had a maintenance done on our a/c by another technician and within a couple of days of him performing the maintenance we notice a pvc pipe dripping slowly something he mentioned should not occur otherwise it may indicate a problem. I called the company and explained we had no issues prior to the visit. They stated they would have someone come out once again and reinspect. I have to admit after that and a scheduling error the company made when scheduling the second visit, I was very dissatisfied with the company in general. When Victor came out we explained the issue and he explained everything he was doing. My husband stated he did more than the previous technician had done. Victor flushed the lines from the inside of the unit rather than attempting to do it only from the outside. I believe that by doing this he was able to flush out whatever may have been pushed up by the previous technician. Victor remained professional and apologized for the previous visit, which was not his fault. He also informed us of a service plan available which the other tech failed to mention. Because of Victor we have changed our minds about the company and will be purchasing the service plan and hopefully build a lasting service relationship with Will Fix It. Thank you so much Victor!!!
