Rudy F. the HVAC specialist is indeed a specialist. He diagnosed the problem in only a matter of minutes, and took the necessary steps to correct the problem even though I told him I would do it myself because I could not afford the repairs at this time. As he watched me struggle to walk because of back spasm he agreed to take care of the problem. I greatly appreciated this. This is typical of the service I have received from Will Fix it in the past. Thanks team for a job well done and for helping this 74 year old when I was down

We have used Will Fix It before and obviously were satisfied with the service, therefore when we had a new problem crop up we placed a service call to them. Within one hour Mr. Deasey came to the house, explained my problem and proceeded to repair it. He was polite, friendly and efficient.

This is my second time using Will Fix It. It's never fun having to get unexpected work done and pay for unplanned work or products. But the folks at Will Fix It were extremely accommodating and very pleasant and professional. Rudy F came out and inspected my air conditioner unit, diagnosed the problem, and gave me several options to consider. No high pressure sales (which I appreciate greatly). He worked with my timeline and budget and I decided to go with Will Fix It to replace my air conditioner. Rudy was very professional, yet friendly and a joy to be around.

This is the second time I have dealt with WIll Fix It. In a day and age where you have to beg for service Will FIx It actually FIXES IT without a buch of stress on your end. They come when they say they will - that's a miracle in itself. Their call center is great too ! I called at 6 am and got a service time between 8-12 THE SAME DAY ! Am I dreaming or what! My service tech was respectful and thoroughly explained everything and then - wait for it - DID NOT PRICE GOUGE ME ! I have found my FIX IT place for everything. Let WILL FIX IT !

To Whom it may concern: I am providing you all with this feedback as I am very disappointed in the initial installation process of a newly purchased a/c unit purchased from your company. I am a local insurance representative for a local state farm insurance office and we have recommended your services to several of our clients regarding repairs. We recommend you guys because we have heard (from client feedback to us) that you all provide exceptional service and are very knowledgeable. So when it came time to replace our home's entire a/c unit I offered up your company to my mother as a reputable service company. Unfortunately, I have encountered poor service in regards to the installation of this unit as I have now had to call you guys to come back two different times in a span of about 10 days from installation to check: 1) a noise that turned out to be a "condenser issue" and 2) a Freon line issue that wasn't properly drained or flushed which caused the system to not turn on properly, the system kept trying to want to turn on but wouldn't. We had another technician (Rudy) come and check this out and finally get this taken care of. He also advised that he will come back in about a week to check our system again to make sure that it is functioning properly. So while I am praising Rudy's work on fixing our system and providing that great service, all this could have been avoided if this system was just installed properly the first time around! While I was not at my home to watch this happen, my mother had advised that she had also heard one of the HVAC tech (James, as she said he was the shorter one) talking on the phone several times with who she believes was his significant other. she brought this up to my attention as she thought it was very unprofessional that he was arguing over the phone while conducting business or while installing the system. I'm not sure about you, but if I was at work and on my cell phone making personal calls and not performing my job, I'd get in trouble. We each are accountable for our work and if we are there, we should be working. While I am not entirely saying that caused him to not focus, I know that the job was not done correctly the first time for either that reason or any other. In today's market with all these competing companies, it is very difficult to choose a quality company to provide the service your wanting for the money you are paying. With all the different companies, we decided to go with you guys and now I am wondering if this would be a concern that some of my insured clients might face as well? My only hope with this review is that this gets taken care of so that no other customers of yours would go through this same issue.

Carlos is an excellent plumber!!! He provided many options that worked with our budget and priority needs, answered all of our questions and was so clear to insure that we understood everything. The work he did made us feel like we have a new house. I want to say that when Mario worked on our A/C--he and Carlos saved our life's because when Mario was in the attic working on the furnace, he smelled gas, checked around and discovered a leak. Carlos was super quick to fix the gas leak. What a scary thing! Thank you Guys, for all of your hard work. My house is SAFE! We will sleep well.

I never take the time to write about service from companies I do business with... I just keep using them. In this case I felt overwhelmed to send in a note about Joseph Arocha. We had complex tile job go bad with a wet floor and mold and such that actually had nothing to do with why Joseph was there but I want to brag on your exceptional employee. Joseph is ultra professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do. His communication throughout the ordeal was excellent, we always knew where we stood and he offered advice along the way. I wish I had more Joseph's in my business and Will Fix It is lucky to have him. Please give him the recognition he deserves because he goes above and beyond the call of duty. When I use Will Fix It again, I want Joseph taking care of me and my houses. Thank you Joseph and Will Fix It!

Mr. Carlos Mora did a wonderful job repairing and replacing the plumbing under my kitchen sink. He was very helpful, informative and efficient. He thoroughly explained everything at every step so that I understood and agreed with those repairs being the best option. He replaced worn parts and also parts that had been put together incorrectly by someone else and could have become a problem in the very near future. I really appreciate the fact that he explained WHY things needed to be done and showed the parts to me as he discovered the problems. I am very glad that Mr. Mora did the work, and I will ask for him personally the next time I need any kind of plumbing work. Thank you!

I had Rudy Flores come out after Champion AC installed my outdoor fan on BACKWARDS! My whole system was overheating. Rudy found the problem and even rewired the mess that Champion left. I'm going to need to replace my AC, but Will Fix It gave me a very fair price. Overall, I think I learned a lesson as to who to call for HVAC in the future!

Will Fix It installed an air conditioner about a year ago in my home. They have quarterly maintenance checks where they come to your house to calibrate and check to make sure all is well with your system. Our HVAC technician was Oscar M. Jonathan did an excellent job in correcting my plumbing problems. He and his team partner worked quickly, to install a new water pipe from my house to the city's water supply, with as great care to how the lawn area and bushes were dug out; now that all is in place, it is difficult to realize I had a trench going through my lawn and driveway! I wholeheartedly recommend Johnathan Garza.

Jesse D. worked on my stopped up sink and fixed it. Then saw a drawer in my kitchen that needed a little screw. He fixed that in less than 2 minutes. I asked him to look at my master bath tub. He did and fixed that simply in 3 minutes. He was awesome. I have seen some good plumbers but he is the best, he is honest and kind. Another plumber from Will Fix came out and looked at my tub and said it would require excavating to get to plumbing, etc. I knew that was crazy talk. I left that a long and decided to deal with that problem later. Today when Mr. Diaz came I asked him about the tub and he fixed it in less than 3 minutes. As long as people like Jesse works for Will Fix It you will always have customers and a good reputation. Thanks Jesse Diaz.

Mario with Will Fix It is a true professional! Despite having a slammed schedule on a Sunday afternoon, Mario was methodical, thorough, and accurate in fixing our issue. He gave us helpful, no-nonsense advice and recommendations and even pointed out mistakes made by previous technicians (from another company) that contributed to the inefficiency of our AC unit. Brian was professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He was not bothered at all with me watching him work or asking a million questions. He was very friendly and even let me watch the camera as he searched for a broken pipe under my home! If I ever need a plumber again, I'll call Will Fix It and ask for Brian! Dillon made a service call on Thursday evening and diagnosed our problem; he returned early Friday morning, together with Richard, with the necessary parts to solve our A/C problem, He called with pricing as he promised and meshed his schedule to coincide with mine, did the necessary repairs and was on his way. I have NEVER had 2 young men conduct themselves with more compassion and understanding ~ polite, respectful and eager to please.
