I had a fantastic experience with Unique from start to finish during installation of my dual zone 5 stage Infinity air conditioning system. First Mike Pagnottelli came out to look at what we currently have, take measurements, and provide me with several options and improvements, which he thoroughly explained, and informed me of rebates that were currently available. Then he came back with Brandon Fry and the two of them spent an hour checking the house to confirm the logistics of what needed to be done. Finally, Jacques and Ricardo (Rico) installed the system - no easy feat since the second zone is in a small attic. They were punctual, courteous, neat, and hard-working. When I decided I wanted to have my radiator heat attached to the A/C thermostat, they found out that Carrier sold a device (at a cost) that would allow the boiler to talk to the thermostat, and they had it at our house the next day. (It appears to work seamlessly!) Finally, when I had trouble setting a schedule on my second floor thermostat, Mike P. came back out to work on it and called the company for me to figure out the issue, which he was able to resolve. He has consistently been available by phone to answer questions and come out when needed. Unique is a wonderful company and I am very happy with my new investment! Everyone at Unique was great to work with from the initial visit by Dante to review my needs followed by the team of installers, Wes and Mariano. It's always a challenge removing and installing the equipment in an old row home with its narrow spaces, but they did it. They also used drop cloths to keep the floors clean and finished up by vacuuming. I would highly recommend Unique to anyone considering a new heater or air conditioner. We purchased two new air conditioning/heating units from Unique in 2018. Both installations were great. While undergoing an extensive stucco repair on our home, we noticed one of our units suddenly stopped working. Unique sent a technician, Terry, to our home that very day to diagnose our issue: a leak. The next day, Beshoy Aziz came to our home to pinpoint the leak. Our contractor punctured a line. Mr. Aziz quickly and accurately discovered the source and corrected the problem. We are 100% satisfied with Unique Indoor Comfort and their extremely knowledgable and competent team. We had a wonderful experience with Unique that motivated me to write this 5 star review. Our AC finally conked out over a weekend. I had already been in contact with Unique in regards to replacing it, and they had the best & most thorough quote out of the 5 competing companies. I called my salesperson (Bob) on a Sunday morning and he had things moved around so they could install the central air on the next day. The install crew was courteous, friendly, and efficient. As I decided to also have them replace our ductwork, it turned out to be a 2 day job & the salesperson dropped off two window units so we would sleep comfortably that night. All around, an A , 5 Star experience. UPDATE: They called me a year after installation to set up a free follow up on the system . I called them on Friday morning before Labor Day to make arrangements and they had a service guy out the SAME DAY at 4 PM as that was the time that worked best for me. Wow!
