From the start of the process, the Unique Indoor Comfort team provided nothing but exceptional service. All members were courteous, polite, and professional. Mike P. provided several replacement options to fit within my budget. Rico P. and the install team walked me through the process before beginning work and after work was complete went over proper maintenance and servicing options. I first met with Mike P to go over my options regarding my new HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained my options (multiple times) to ensure I was selecting what worked best for my family. He so kindly offered two window units while I waited for the installation. The installation took two full days to complete and Dam and Jean were neat, clean, punctual, and professional. I called UIC after the AC compressor suddenly stopped working and was able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician, Dimos, showed up within the window of time given and even checked in to let me know of his arrival time. He diagnosed, explained and fixed the problem all within 10 minutes. I requested a service call, based on a recommendation from my home inspector, to get a second opinion of the performance of my HVAC system which the original installer seemed unable to diagnose. Mike from Unique was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. He quickly reviewed the system, set up his instruments, and took measurements. Mike was very transparent, letting me watch and explaining what he was doing. He was able to show me where the problem in the system's performance was stemming from, and offered recommendations to address it. Ultimately, since the system is new, Mike recommended getting the original installer to make the corrections, which is what I will try. However, the expertise, professionalism, and honesty demonstrated made strong impression, and I will use Unique for my future HVAC service, and would not hesitate recommending them. And he did so with no reservations, no complaints and a smile on his face. Michael Pagnottelli and the installers, Edward, Kevin and Wes are very professional and extremely knowledgeable of HVAC. They installed hot water heater and HVAC unit at my rental. Michael went out of his way to bring two window AC units the next day for my tenant to use before the installation takes place. Prices are reasonable. I recently had my 20 year old HVAC system die on me during one of the heat waves. I am in property management, and I have worked with Unique Indoor Comfort at one of the sites I managed. Their work has always been great, and their prices are very reasonable. Therefore, with this large purchase for my home I chose them. They did not disappoint. Mike Pagnotelli was very helpful when selecting the replacement system, he was able to schedule the install quickly, and the installation team was top notch. They did a beautiful install and left my house spotless (and I love playing with my new thermostat). Rick Mark appeared on time for an air conditioner install. They were polite and friendly but worked hard to get everything right. there was a glitch or two (old house) but they sorted it all out. These folks know their business.
