Jacques and Edward arrived on time and word faceful until quoting time. They answered question and explain in detail. When the job was complete they tested the heating and cooling system to check for performance. The staff presence would walk throughout and had an opportunity to ask question. Also operation of equipment was explain. I will happily refer their service to other.

We have a service plan through Unique. Xavier came out for our yearly maintenance. Prompt, professional, and friendly. Serviced our boiler quickly. We have a service plan through Unique. Our heat went down and they were out within an hour to fix the problem. Pat was great. Explained everything to me as he replaced the part.

they sold products that they could not service. they're techs have no understanding of wifi and internet yet they sold me wifi capable technology on the mini split but no one can figure it out. not reassuring to have the tech in your office for 2 hours grumbling and not understanding how wifi and routers work.

The entire team of Unique Indoor Comfort was fantastic. Mike P spent a lot of time with us over several months to ensure we were choosing the right option for our home and following up with us on answers to our questions. He was great! The install team of Taz, Sam, Gino and several others were wonderful! They worked tirelessly to ensure everything was done correctly and more importantly, we have heat and hot water! They reviewed everything with us too! Very polite, kind and professional. I would highly recommend them all! Thank you! We have also had Dennis and Mike out to help install another part to our new boiler. They were very knowledgable, friendly, and patient. They listened to our questions and concerns, and addressed them appropriately. Thank you UIC!

NOTE this may be a duplicate review. I attempted to post on Google but it didn't seem that it was posted so I am posting to this site to assure my review is received. I called Unique and spoke to Kyle a little after 11 AM on Thurs 20 Feb. He informed me of the $99 cost for a tech to come to the house to check out the heating and that the tech would be out within 2 hrs. I received a call from the tech, Chris M indicating when he was 25 mins away. He arrived ~ 12:20. Starting with the thermostat, then to the heater itself, Chris answered all of my questions while performing the service. Upon completion of the job, he gave me a verbal summary of the service provided. I had a working heater within 1/2 hr. I appreciated both Kyle and Chris's customer service attitude. Giving me the price up front, and providing the service within the estimated time and getting an update from the tech when he was on the way. This kind of customer service can unfortunately be rare.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Ricky and his crew were on time every morning and did great work in the time frame that they said they would. They were respectful, cleaned up their mess at the end of each day, and were really good about communicating what needed to happen and what was expected of me. I would definitely recommend them.

Curt was very helpful in giving me an estimate, helping me figure out which equipment to install, and prompt to answer all my questions. On the day of installation, Jacques and Edward arrived on time, were careful with keeping the rest of my house clean and mess free, and the installation went much faster than I expected. It was a great experience overall.

I had ductless minisplits installed in my Philadelphia rowhome. They can get pretty tricky, but Alex and Juan were great and did everything as I wanted it. They were timely, did it in the allotted time. They cleaned up after themselves, the final day it was like they were never here, except I had new ductless minisplits.

They even went above and beyond by helping to create a makeshift heating duct under my cabinets to help the heat get out into the kitchen - this was not part of their scheduled job. Also, because they installed everything properly, they noticed as they were about to finish that my condensate pump was not working and replaced it before they left. If they hadn’t noticed the issue, I would’ve had water in my basement. I’ve already recommended Unique to my neighbor. Many thanks to Jacques, Same G and Unique for making replacing my furnace so easy

Our heater wasn’t working and John M came out same day to service the heater. He was an excellent technician. He was very thorough, showed me the problem and was able to fix it for a reasonable cost. He gave me some recommendations for future service of the unit and didn’t try to pressure sell me. That’s extremely important to me as a competing company did that with our air conditioning. We will definitely use unique indoor comfort again. I think we will always request John M. Lots of knowledge there!

Just had a new system installed. Installers Trong and Tan were very professional and considerate while working in our home. They showed up as scheduled each day, were very careful not to make or leave a mess, communicated with us regarding what they were doing at all times. We are extremely pleased with Unique and will strongly recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

Unique Indoor Comfort replaced our water heater. Two installers came, both were very respectful and professional. They worked hard to remove our old water heater and also had to remove our radiant heating system that was blocking the water heater. They laid tarps down and wore booties over their shoes to protect our floors. Install was smooth and they left the boiler room immaculate. The water heater looks great, and they explained the valves and temperature adjuster. We decided not to reconnect the radiant heat, but all the tubes associated with it were sealed and neatly placed off the side if we ever decide to reconnect them in the future. They swept the boiler room floor and left it looking much nicer than it was before. We have been using Unique Indoor Comfort for years now and will continue to be call them for all our heating/cooling needs.

Frank has come a few times. He is has a good grasp of the fairly complex on-demand systems, answers all my questions and is always helpful. Kyle is solid and has helped a number of times to coordinate service. Occasionally people make mistakes ... it's not necessarily about who always does a good job, but who is willing to correct it when they make a mistake. This time around Unique sent a technician to do a system flush and he flushed the wrong side, but unlike most companies these days, Unique came back and did what they need to with no problems. Joy is fantastic. She makes everything work. Without her unique would not be the same. This is a company I feel is honest and dedicated to doing the right thing. Mike, the technician, is very knowledgeable, professional, and so nice to deal with, and Carmine very polite and pleasant. I remember when I used to try to find someone who could do the work for cheaper, but it just isn't worth it. You get what you pay for. Unique gets high recommendations.

Alex and Juan did a great job installing our Mitsubushi mini split heating and cooling unit. Very professional looking installation. Left the rooms clean and as they were before they started. Very careful to cover the floor and furniture. Courteous and friendly - great to work with. Would definitely recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to others and if they would get Alex and Juan as their installers, they should be entirely satisfied.

Our heat wasn’t working on a Sunday—thank goodness we have the service plan (sidenote: I am usually anti-service plans but I am so glad we have it...it has paid for itself 10 fold!) The technician diagnosed the problem but unfortunately needed a part. They were able to get it on Monday and sent out Beshoy to install. After installation, Beshoy found that there was still an issue and after some investigation discovered SQUIRRELS had decided to bury all their nuts and sticks in our heat exhaust...they pushed it so far in the tube it was inside the house. They had to cut pipes, dig out gross squirrel stuff and never complained. Andddd all covered under the service plan

He arrived a few minutes early, but was happy to wait for our appointment time. We are happy with the product we purchased - Mitsubishi Mini-Splits. The proce seemed within standard range.
