From Sales through Installation a very professional team. Answered all questions with clarity and pointed out areas for our consideration. No avoidable surprises.
Communication during installation was especially good. A constant flow of information during the day regarding work to be done; identification of placement of outlets; any changes/workarounds from the initial plan; and the schedule for the next day. Cleanliness was a key component from beginning of the installation to the end.

We had Unique install a central AC system into a 120 year old home. Two previous vendors told us central air would not be possible, but Unique found a way to do it. The install required compromises and many decisions. Tony and Edward worked five long days to get the system in with as little impact to the house as possible. They were courteous from the moment they walked in the door, always talked us through the decisions related to the install and always cleaned their work space as they progressed through the house. The work was completed in 5 days which was on the shorter end of the the projected window while every hose, line and cord was neatly secured in place.

Unique Indoor and the installer, Dam, were amazing. They installed a whole-house humidifier smoothly and on time. They took the time to take their shoes off, install paper to protect the floors, and explain what they were going to do. Guy came out to my house and stayed for 5minutes. Tells me in order to diagnose the problem he needs to see the ductwork, and since it's in the ceiling there is nothing he can do. Told my wife that hot air rises which is why its so hot in our upstairs rooms and cooler downstairs.

I spoke with Mike Pagnotelli of Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling on Friday, November 15, 2019. We decided to meet 10:00AM Saturday, morning November 16, 2019. We looked at my furnace. I knew a few years ago after getting a part to make it work that the end of the furnace was at hand. The furnace was working a few weeks ago, then it stopped working. I looked at the registration plate on Monday, November 18, 2019. The plate stated inspected 1965. That means the furnace was at least 54 years old, based on my research that means I got at least an extra 25 years out of it, which means I am quite fortunate. Mike looked at the furnace and could not get it to work. In addition, I mentioned to Mike that the expansion tank in the Second-floor rear bedroom leaked, I mention it leaked when I would turn the water on. We looked at it, Mike stated that it would need to be capped. Mike took measurements of the house, calculated the BTU's for the house. We sat down at the dining room table and reviewed my options. After reviewing, we sat up a tentative installation date for Wednesday, November 20, 2019. Mike was very knowledgeable about his product and what it could do. I am satisfied that I am getting the best Heating Unit and value for my home. I would recommend Mike and Unique to Family and friends.
On the day of the install Bruce came to the door bright and early.
The first thing Bruce did was to put on his protective Foot Booties. We did a walk-through, I told him my concerns. I told Bruce the same concerns I discussed with Mike. Bruce took the old furnace apart and took it out of the house. Bruce and Spencer did an excellent job of installing the furnace and new thermostat.
They were very professional, cleaned up behind themselves. The workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Everything they promised they delivered. Bruce explained the system to me, he showed me how the thermostat worked. The install team of Bruce and Spencer did an excellent job. We live abroad and spend just a little bit more than 1 week back home in Philly. Unfortunately our heater broke down a month ago and we needed it replaced quickly. Our neighbor recommended Unique Indoor Comfort which we contacted a week ago asking them to look at our heater. Mr. Mike Pagnottelli came the same day and gave us an estimate. We agreed right away and I gave him the key of our house because we had to leave for a couple of days. The same day in the evening we received a phone call informing us that the crew who would replace the heater would do the job on Monday following week. Alex and his colleague did a wonderful job!!! When we came back on Wednesday everything was done perfectly. I called the next day Mike and the company asking to send someone over to explain how the heater works. I did not take an hour until someone came and worked me through the heating system. His name was Xavier. The end of this is: now we can control the heater manually or via WiFi. We are so happy! Especially since 2 days later the temperature went down significantly. Special Thanks to Mike would organized everything. I will recommend your company to all the people I know. I met my neighbor and said thank you for recommending you. He is so happy as well. I wish you great success in the future.
