Our overall experience with UIC was good. They properly sized a new central HVAC system to replace our aging system. The was some lack of communication regarding the start of the work, resulting in the install team arriving late due to training. Hi! Thank you so much! My technician came on time, called beforehand, and spent time thoroughly servicing our air conditioner. I am sorry that one of them was on the roof but it didn't deter him one bit. As long as these technicians are employed by Unique, I have no problems spending a bit more per year for maintenance than their competitors. This was a fine example of getting what you pay for. I have a maintenance agreement with Unique. The scheduling is efficient and the techs are always on time. When they arrive they are professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain that they are doing and why. I have had 2 issues with my equipment, someone answered when I called on weekends/evenings, they were able to see me within hours and had the required parts on the truck to fix. Very pleased. We just purchased a High Velocity Air Conditioning system from Unique. The installers, Bruce and Mariano did an excellent job! I wasn't sure how the system would be run through my attic and eaves. Worked with Matt L as my salesman, Rob Holbrook as my installation manager and Trong Chau and Mansour as the guys on the ground.
I found this company as my 7th quote in replacing my hi velocity heat pump system. I was not in need, but wanted to proactively replace the system (existing was almost 20 years old). Matt was super responsive when an issue arose with a damaged component on the first round of installation.
The team all worked together to get me out temporary window units, and arranged a quick turnaround to get the replacement part to have me up and running without too much additional affect on my schedule.
Trong and Mansour were nothing but professional onsite. They explained everything that was happening and how to use everything after the fact. They were super respectful of my house and my dog and cleaned up very well after themselves.
I chose this company because they offered the products I wanted, the warranty I needed and all at a more affordable price than their competitors. Matt answered every question I had a long the way and his response time was second to none.
The team at Unique Indoor Comfort definitely has their act together, and this was shown especially when the manufacturer of the part threw them a curve ball.
The system is up, running, was inspected and permitted by the township, and works phenomenally.

This past Spring I had a 3.5-ton high velocity air conditioning system installed on the second and third floors of my 95-year old house. I am in the commercial HVAC industry and know the in's and out's of a traditional AC system. Mike Pagnottelli was extremely knowledgeable and informative about the high velocity system that I do not know much about. He answered all of my questions during the initial walk-through and was extremely responsive prior to me signing the contract as I was comparing multiple quotes with other competitors.
The install team we very professional as well. My wife and I both work during the day and we had no concern with them at the house without us. Any obstacles that arose during the installation process that needed my opinion/direction were brought to my attention immediately. The team was able to finish the job within 5 days as projected.
I would recommend a high velocity air conditioning system to any one considering it - and I would without a doubt recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to do the job. It is now early August and the system has performed as expected - the system has maintained the temperature set-point during the hottest of days. Mike Pagnottelli and the install team, Alex, Juan and Estefano, made this process seamless. From the beginning I felt extremely comfortable with the Unique Indoor Comfort team and that I was getting the best/most efficient service for my house, which need a new heater and AC installed. It took 2 days and the crew left my house even nicer than they found it. We recently had a new high velocity unit installed in our home and we were concerned about the vibrating noise. Beshoy was able to immediately identify the cause and install vibration pads. This completely fixed the problem. He was thorough, knowledgeable and discussed every aspect of the installation. We also further discussed ways of insulating the unit to keep the 3rd floor cooler. I did a complete overhaul of my 19 year old HVAC system. Mike P came out and gave me an estimate that not only beat other estimates, but included more work to ensure there was enough airflow through the vents. Alex A did the install along with Juan & Mark B. The project took 10 hours and they worked with me on getting things perfect for some of the unique circumstances in my home. Honestly I don't write these ever. But these guys are worth every penny. They went above and beyond to replace my old split closet unit. I had no idea there were old exposed wires and air leakage around the vents. They replaced all of it without question and installed addition safety measures (CO2 detector, new gas shut off valve, securing the unit properly to the wall). Mike the sales guy was very friendly and walked through a lot of information with me without trying to up-sale me at all. A few days after the install, my home wasn't cooling as normal. They came out the same day and again the next day to fix. George Montague is a life saver! Turns out it was an airflow issue and again they went above & beyond to fix/test until he had it working perfectly. Every time the office called me I had great friendly staff over the phone and more than willing to help with my needs.
