John initially came out to service the air conditioning system, but arrived while we were dealing with a washing machine water emergency and the aftermath of the damage. He not only worked around the extra equipment and clean-up process while attending to the air conditioning, but lent a hand with some lifting and helped to make a stressful situation much calmer. We had a plumbing emergency when a pump failed. MacGregor Plumbing & Heating responded immediately and quickly solved our problem as a priority. Our service technician James did an outstanding job of replacing the difficult-to access pump. He was highly professional but also very courteous, friendly and helpful. He was honest and transparent in his assessment of the situation, solution, and cost. We completely trust the work he did, which exceeded our expectations. He was very conscientious about wearing appropriate clothing and shoe covers to protect our house. And he did a thorough job of cleaning up afterward. I know this is not the way you wish to receive the thanks for a job well done, but it is the way I understand since I do not use other sites. I cannot thank you enough for your response to my frantic call about water coming into the crawl space. Thanks for sending David, who responded In a very friendly and professional way and not under the best of circumstances. I don’t know if David told you but he joined other of my reliable Professionals that I can call during an emergency. They all worked together and helped to ease my distress. David also replaced the salt in my water softener. I called and was very pleased with my services from David. I will now renew my Service Plan because David did such a great job, during his PTU (done on 5/1/209) David noticed water in the crawl space due to failed pump & took the time to call me and explain the situation. I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and was unable to get the seal to adhere on my own. I called at 8:30 am on a Monday morning and by noon Nic had been here and fixed the issue. He explained everything he was doing. He also noticed hard water on the faucet and recommended a water softener system which I have been needing to get installed.
