This morning I had a service call by one of your technicians, Nic. I wanted to let you know what an excellent job that Nic did in not only fixing our leaky faucet put also how professionally he represented your organization (MacGregor Heating and Plumbing). We. received a call that Nic was on the way. He arrived here as expected on time and very neatly dressed. I explained the problem that we were have with one of our faucets in our bathroom. He immediately went to work trying to diagnose the problem and then come up with a positive solution. Within a few minutes he discovered the problem and came up with an immediate resolution. During the entire time he made sure that he did not mess up our bathroom. He explained to me all along the way what he was doing and why and making certain that I was on board with what he was doing. The end result was that our problem was no longer a problem. Everything got put back together as it should be and our leak was gone. I would definitely recommend Nic and MacGregor Plumbing to anyone. We have used MacGregor's several times; most recently for frozen pipes in ceiling during our recent freezing spell. I called early morning and John W. was out at our house by noon same day! He crawled up into the attic space through a very small opening which meant less damage/future repair to the ceiling. Quickly fixed the immediate problem and gave us recommendations for future long-term fix. Just a short note to register a complaint. "You do too great of a job." This past winter we found ourselves in Florida learning that we lost our furnace in Boyne City (a very helpless feeling). We looked at the Boyne City Chamber site and found your name, called your office and our problems were solved. We are now back in Boyne City and enjoying our warm home ( but not the weather). I can't say enough good things about John W. today. He arrived in a very timely manner on Saturday of a holiday weekend. The problem was with a product that MacGregor had not serviced or installed. But John was
