We would like to thank you MacFarlane Energy and Service Pro Thomas R. Coming to our place and fixing problem. And assisting us in a small dilemma, we not having heat to 2nd bathroom. He fix and found the problem.

Thomas was most importantly knowledgeable regarding our Buderus Boiler system. He was prompt and professional as well. The previous person who estimated the work quoted 5 - 6 hours. Thomas accessed the system before beginning the work and was able to accomplish the work in less than two, as the system really didn't need to be drained. In addition, a part that had been deemed for replacement, was not defective and didn't need to be replaced. Honesty and knowledge are great things in a technician, and clearly, Macfarlene has one in Thomas. TERRIFIC!!

Had ***** here whole day to fix our heating problems, did an excellent job, the house is quiet without rattling pipes and noise boiler. he worked hard, did not even take lunch break, took off his shoes when entering rooms to release air, polite - just wonderful, skillful young man.

I had the annual service on my Buderus gas heating system done this morning. The technician arrived on time as promised and completed the work in a timely manner. He explained how important it is to clean the heat xchanger annually and also resolved an issue with the domestic hot water temperature. I'm a return customer and would not hesitate to recommend MacFarlane Energy to my friends.

He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, provide me with options on fixing the problem, and didn't charge me for travel time when he had to go get the necessary part. We just moved into our first house a month ago, and tried the heating system for the first time today to find it wasn't working properly (blowing cold air). I e-mailed MacFarlane and they got in touch right away to schedule a service call that day (a Sunday). The technician, Frank C., was fantastic, very thorough and explained to us why things were not working right, and what he could do right now, and what would need to be done in the immediate future.
