Thomas was most importantly knowledgeable regarding our Buderus Boiler system. He was prompt and professional as well. The previous person who estimated the work quoted 5 - 6 hours. Thomas accessed the system before beginning the work and was able to accomplish the work in less than two, as the system really didn't need to be drained. In addition, a part that had been deemed for replacement, was not defective and didn't need to be replaced. He explained how important it is to clean the heat xchanger annually and also resolved an issue with the domestic hot water temperature. We just moved into our first house a month ago, and tried the heating system for the first time today to find it wasn't working properly (blowing cold air). I e-mailed MacFarlane and they got in touch right away to schedule a service call that day (a Sunday).
