Darren was terrific - the heat wasn't working and he was very patient to figure out what was wrong. There was a frozen pipe and, even though we couldn't figure out exactly where it was, the investigating that he did and the discovery of a hole in the foundation in a very cold space in the basement solved the problem. He went above and beyond.

My furnace blower motor was acting up, and the furnace was ticking a lot...MacFarlane was able to come out the next morning after my call; showed up on time, no more ticking at all and blower motor is behaving..my furnace and I are very happy!!! Great job Wayne!!

My family and I have been with this company for decades and they go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. The old furnace broke down, flooded our basement and we were in the middle of a blizzard. If we didn't get the heat working in the house, the pipes could have froze and cause a lot more damage. They came out to our home so quickly and not only fixed the problem but installed a entire new furnace. The service was fast and the work was done with perfection. They were amazing and we are so grateful for them.

MacFarlane just finished installing a new gas boiler and hot water tank for us. They were here for two days. It is such a pleasure to recommend them for any heating issues you may have. From answering my husbands' thousands of questions to a great price and installation they are top notch. Their installation crew was clean, prompt, professional and thorough. We've been loyal customers for over a decade, through two moves. MacFarlane is always professional. They are easy to reach, have a receptionist who answers, have technicians who show up on time, call when they're on their way, and know what they're doing. They installed a new furnace at a good price and did a wonderful job with a new system in an addition. They are reliable with oil delivery, and their billing process is easy, including an auto pay option.

We called at 11pm with no heat and not being a customer we were told overnight Emergency's are for customers only. Surprisingly we got a call 10 minutes later from Thomas who was polite and told us he would be there shortly only took him 20 min and he knew where our street was. I called McFarlane Energy the day before a snow storm because my heat stopped working upstairs. We have two kids and it's so important to have it working. I called on a Friday morning and they were there by the afternoon. They fixed the problem and sold me a new thermostat and tested the system after installing the new thermostat. The heat has been working ever since. Thanks Joel and rob. You guys were great.
