Darren was terrific - the heat wasn't working and he was very patient to figure out what was wrong. There was a frozen pipe and, even though we couldn't figure out exactly where it was, the investigating that he did and the discovery of a hole in the foundation in a very cold space in the basement solved the problem. My family and I have been with this company for decades and they go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. The old furnace broke down, flooded our basement and we were in the middle of a blizzard. If we didn't get the heat working in the house, the pipes could have froze and cause a lot more damage. They came out to our home so quickly and not only fixed the problem but installed a entire new furnace. The service was fast and the work was done with perfection. They are easy to reach, have a receptionist who answers, have technicians who show up on time, call when they're on their way, and know what they're doing. They installed a new furnace at a good price and did a wonderful job with a new system in an addition. I called McFarlane Energy the day before a snow storm because my heat stopped working upstairs. We have two kids and it's so important to have it working. I called on a Friday morning and they were there by the afternoon. They fixed the problem and sold me a new thermostat and tested the system after installing the new thermostat.
