We had a brand new boiler installed by MacFarlane Energy recently. The service pro was Paul E (went by Zeke) who was fantastic. It was a 2 day job that went late the second day. Zeke and his associate were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job, as verified by the sales rep Dan when he stopped by a few days later. Fair price with 3 years service agreement was what sold me. I am currently having MacFarlane upgrade all my main floor heating elements since they did such a great job with the boiler. Thanks guys! MacFarlane Energy gives new meaning to "sending warmest wishes for the holidays!" My husband and I just converted our heating system in our 1931 home from steam to hot water, an enormous task. ENORMOUS. Thanks to trained technicians, especially Jimmy M with years of experience at MacFarlane Energy, the job was done in a professional and caring, competent manner. Prompt folow up visits after installation helped us regulate the system to our desired temperatures. A quality of excellence is obvious in this work of art as we welcome our 4-degree temperature tomorrow knowing that our five-zoned, three radiant-heated areas will keep us cozy. Mark Doyle came to my assistance when my furnace stopped working and quickly determined the problem with the pressure switch. He patiently explained the system process and aliviated my concerns regarding the origin of the malfunction.
He even put on booties to protect my rugs!

After experiencing 2 gas leaks on a recently installed boiler (by MacFarlane), my confidence in your company was lost. Unfortunately, the situation my boiler was in meant that no other company would service it. During this visit the system was thoroughly inspected for root cause of the recurring leaks, and a diagnosis was offered. Unfortunately, a few follow up solutions were never followed up on. The team who came to replace my HVAC were Al, Derrick and Zeke on 11/22/16. They were prompt, polite, knowledgeable and very respectful of my stuff!. The job proved trickier than they expected, so Al and Zeke returned 11/23/16 to finish the job. They said they would come at 9am, and they did! I cannot say enough good things about them. I've been extremely pleased with **** ********** expertise, thoroughness, professionalism, and courteous manner, and I request him each year for my annual service cleaning and tune up. He goes about his job quietly and efficiently, and is meticulous in his attention to detail. I have bought heating oil from MacFarlane and had a service contract with them for several years. Fuel delivery has been effortless on my part, billing has been very convenient, and when we did run out of fuel they made a special delivery in wonderful fashion. Had our heat pump replaced. MacFarlane was able to expedite the installation by asking another customer to swap places with us. Thank you for that customer. We only have the heat pump for heat whereas the other customer had oil or gas heat. They said the installation would take two days and it did. Have a 25 SEER Lennox state of the art heat pump. It is super quiet. Technicians that installed it showed up on time and worked efficiently and quietly while here. Only noise was when they needed to cut sheet metal to fit this unit air handler where the old one was in the basement. The outside condenser is very quiet and we never hear it. We installed the recommended thermostats so we can change the heat settings with our computer or cell phones. Thus we won't be coming home to a cold or hot house when we travel. I have had problems with my boiler since MacFarlane installed it and Darren came to my rescue last year and the boiler continues to function well after his recent visit. Thomas came and inspected the burner and cleaned and prepared it for winter.
