Johnny was extremely professional and courteous in our home. He was careful especially in light of the fact that our kids were sleeping, and made an effort not to disturb them. He was knowledgeable, efficient and knew the problem right away. He had to leave our system overnight to defrost, and was there first thing in the morning as he said he would to complete his work. Animals had eaten through the wires connected to our air handler which in turn caused the transformer to break. Macfarlane Energy sent Johnny F******* right away to address the problem. We're so glad Tom R. was the guy chosen to repair our Fujitsu ductless split system. It was a complicated and tedious job, but Tom worked all day without even taking a break. He was professional, friendly & polite. Each time he entered the house he wiped his feet and was careful not to let the dog (who loved him) out. The best part was he got our AC working again! I called McFarlane energy on a Friday afternoon at 130 when my AC went out. I figured I was up the creek. But Johnny came out within an hour and fix the problem, all the while working around the workers were painting the deck railings. Very courteous. Our central air unit failed and we called MacFarlane to determine what was wrong. We had been told by our regular service company that something was wrong with the compressor and it would need to be replaced. They could not tell us what was wrong. We wanted to know more before we jumped into a quick replacement so we called Macfarlane. They were at our house the same day, within 2 hours of my call. Bill, the service technician was able to determine in a relatively short time that we had a leak. He was able to call the office and get additonal equipment and an additional tech, Wayne to help with determining exactly where the leak was. This whole process took less than 2 hours and we had all our answers including our options for replacement. Everyone was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions so we could make an educated decision. My central AC was blowing hot air in the middle of a heat wave (naturally). Meanwhile, my (former) regular AC guy wasn't even returning my calls. Out AC stopped working last night and MacFarlane Energy sent Johnny Figueroa down to check what was wrong. I am so very pleased with both MacFarlane Energy in being so prompt to look into the problem and for how professional and knowledgeable Johnny is. The AC is working again and Johnny helped me figure out what to do to cool the bedroom. We discussed a ductless split air system that I was not familiar with. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Unreal service and pricing. Don't look anywhere else. Dan came out to my house today for an oil burner service. He was professional, courteous and informative. I switched from Devany energy (who were painful to deal with)...not to mention WAY more expensive. I switched to MacFarlane and haven't looked back. My upstairs neighbor still uses Devany and we were comparing rates...they charted 30-40 cents/gallon on average compared to a similar time fill up for us. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! The technicians were very thorough; they found that the circulator pump for unit 2 does not always get turned on reliably when it should, and they replaced the part that controls the circulator pump. This was our first experience with Mac Farlane Energy. Our air conditioning system decided to stop working during the recent heatwave. My son and his wife highly recommended them. We called and made an appointment.. They wanted to come earlier but my husband and I were unavailable. Joel called to confirm two days before the appointment. Joel mentioned that they had had a cancellation and would we be interested? I said yes and he promised to have someone here within two hours. Less than an hour later Thomas R was at the door.
He was very polite and asked knowledgeable questions. He stated that we did the right thing by shutting down the system as leaving it on could have caused more problems. He proceeded to the basement and checked out the system and then went outside to the compressor. In minutes he had discovered the problem. He had the replacement part in his truck. Within 35 minutes he had the system up and running.

I had not seen Tony before but he, like every person I have dealt with from MacFarlane was great. He diagnosed my problem with the (Noisy) water heater, told me how he could fix it, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He also instructed me on things I never knew about my water heating system. Duh, who knew?
