I have been a customer of MacFarlane for many years and I never have had a problem with them. This last repair visit was to check a faulty central air conditioning unit. The problem was identified and explained very thoroughly to me and the repairs and their price was fully discussed. ***** ** was the service technician. I just recently switched over to MacFarlane Energy for all of my oil delivery and service needs. I had Dave one of the techs come to my home for a annual tune up and cleaning. Dave was very polite and professional and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. I am very happy with the work that he performed on my heating system. Overall pretty good experience, two things were not satisfactory
-Technician forgot to turn one boiler back on. It was resolved quickly by follow-up visit.

I used MacFarlane Energy for a furnace upgrade and happy I did, the installation manager came out, sold the job with an amazing price with full explanation of the unit and the eligible rebates. Shortly after that the installation was started two great technicians came out had it up up and running for the night and came the second day for small finishing touches and to make sure it was working in tip top shape. Once the new Lennox brand thermostat came out it was installed in the house and am in love with it. If your looking for great quality installations Look no further. MacFarlane Energy Team. 11/05/15 |

We used MacFarlane for a gas furnace, AC, and water heater installation. Had a great experience with them. They gave us a competitive bid on the work, but more than that the sales rep, Dan Sellers, was thorough and knowledgable, asked questions I hadn't thought of, and raised issues that the other salesmen I spoke with failed to take note of (code requirements for venting locations, for instance). Just had a brand new Buderus boiler installed. I cannot recommend the team of John, Eziekle, and the rookie Jim enough. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. My technician's name was Mike and he was quick to diagnosis the problem with my burner and correct it. He explained what he was doing and what I should check during the winter season. He did everything I asked him to do.

I am a long-time and very satisfied customer of MacFarlane Energy Company. Having grown up helping my father who was in the oil delivery and HVAC service business, and myself being a technically knowledgeable and very discerning person, I am pleased to honestly report that I have received consistently excellent service and timely and dependable oil deliveries for my home. In fact, MacFarlane also performed the installation of my home's replacement heating system in 1996, and that included a new oil tank, as well. Although all of the MacFarlane service techs know their stuff, for the last several years, I have requested "Mike M." to perform the annual tune-up for my home's furnace and hot water heater--he is simply exemplary in all regards!! During this year's service visit, Mike recommended that I also call for a spring clean-up of my central A/C system's drain, which apparently had been causing the pan below the evaporator to overflow. That can lead to corrosion.... 'Will do--thanks Mike! :-) One more thing: Calls to MacFarlane Energy's office are invariably answered by genuinely pleasant and very helpful persons. :-) In summary, I highly recommend MacFarlane Energy Company as a dependable supplier that you can rely on for all of your HVAC needs!
