My heating system is 13 years old and it's always been a bit quirky, but David knows how to expertly deal with it. His service is always professional and friendly. We called the office at 7pm tonight because our new central air unit (installed in April) was leaking water. Darren called me back in less than 5 minutes, and had the problem resolved by 9:30pm. He was friendly and funny, which was wonderful. We are very happy with the service and care we've received from MacFarlane Energy and feel lucky to have found them. Our old central A/C unit failed. " Al F" from MacFarland Energy was here for the installation of our new unit for both days. The old unit was removed and replacement exterior and interior components installed in a day and a half. The work was very professional with care taken to have minimal disruption to our home and the work area . All debris , packing material etc... was removed as the job progressed. Called MacFarlane Engergy today because my A/C unit was not working. They sent their technician Johnny F. to the house within 3 hours of calling and had it up and running in no time. Excellent service - extremely professional and courteous! They had to go back to the company to get a wet-vac to remove the pooled water under the handler. We recently received a call from Joel @ McFarlane to schedule our annual burner tune-up. Joel made picking a date and time very easy based on our availability. We were given a date and time window for the service. On the given day and within the window the service tech. Mark arrived. He gave us a brief update of what he was going to do along with telling us how long he had been performing these services and concluded by asking if we had any questions or issues with our heating service or water temperature. Our response was no to which he replied if you ever do please simply contact us because we're here to provide you with answers or fixing the problem. Mark was very professional, thorough. Our central air unit failed and we called MacFarlane to determine what was wrong. We had been told by our regular service company that something was wrong with the compressor and it would need to be replaced. They could not tell us what was wrong. We wanted to know more before we jumped into a quick replacement so we called Macfarlane. They were at our house the same day, within 2 hours of my call. Bill, the service technician was able to determine in a relatively short time that we had a leak. He was able to call the office and get additonal equipment and an additional tech, Wayne to help with determining exactly where the leak was. This whole process took less than 2 hours and we had all our answers including our options for replacement. Everyone was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions so we could make an educated decision.
