Tony C. was the tune up expert who came from MacFarlane Oil this morning. He was scheduled to be at my house 9am - 12pm and arrived 10 minutes early. He did what he needed to do for our two boilers and was finished before noon. Tony C. was polite and seemed thorough.

David C, the service technician was able to solve my heating problem.
He was polite, knowledgeable , and was able to explain what the problem was and the solution needed to correct the banging noise in the pipes, that was evident, when the system called for heat. Great job by David.

Wayne S. from MacFarlene Energy is very knowledgeable and highly experienced in the gas-fired water boilers. Within 3 minutes of his diagnosis of my WM97 Weil-McLain gas-fired water boiler that didn't produce any heat, he was able to identify an electrical connection problem of the boiler ignition and fix it immediately. He also took time to walk me and another junior technician who accompanied him through all of the water boiler components. He explained us all of the boiler features and functionalities with great details. Wayne was also very patient to answer my questions on how to maintain the heating system properly. I recently had a new high efficiency boiler and indirect hot water heater installed my MacFarlane Energy. John G. the lead installer did a wonderful job and worked really hard. It took three days to complete and all the while John and his crew kept a clean work site and were exceptionally professional and courteous. Our central air had stopped blowing out cold air. I called MacFarlane Energy in the morning and they had someone out to our house that afternoon! Johnny came out and was quickly able to determine what was causing the problem and was able to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Johnny was a great representative of MacFarlane Energy. He was nice, polite and knowledgeable - he was also so great to our dog Ruby (she loved him!).

I lost my blower motor fan at the worst possible time - in the middle of a heat wave. I called MacFarlane and Glenn C was dispatched the following day. Glenn was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and skilled. Not only did he do the repair, but he was quite helpful in diagnosing another problem which popped up after the repair. Johnny F came to do an annual service call on our ac equipment. He was very professional and serviced the inside and outside units thoroughly. We talked to him about switching our heating equipment and oil delivery to MacFarlane Oil.He suggested we call while he was there and they asked him to do an equipment inventory, this saved time and will not require an additional visit for a quote. We also asked Johnny about the ********** ac units and he explained thoroughly how the are installed and how the work. In one visit we got a wealth of information that is a big help to us.
